I consider that trading physical gold involves a high risk because it's dangerous in real life.
Bitcoin sometimes is more anonymous and this is another advantage of bitcoin comparing with gold.

I do trading in physical gold, and I would never consider it "dangerous". If you use legal trade avenues, and if you pay your taxes, then there is nothing to worry about. On the other hand, I consider trading in BTC quite dangerous. I normally use Localbitcoins, and even there traders have attempted to cheat me (although quite rarely).

Gold will always be a special asset for people where some people are even hoarding gold as they believe all fiat currencies will collapse at some point. It's quite a doom scenario, but I understand their point. But in the current times where people are looking for ways to store money without having actually millions worth of physical gold in their homes, or in bank vaults, Bitcoin in potential can become a great safe haven store of wealth tool.

yeah gold has been there since thousands of years ago. so it is impossible that the gold can be beaten. Gold will always be at the peak of the commodities, and gold will never slumming as a beautiful jewelry

Absolutely true but there is no contest here, we are talking about what is the best investment between the two, I have already said many times that I would prefer to invest with bitcoin because I am here and I support the crypto community and one major thing is I cannot also afford right now to invest with gold.

gold can also be digital, but i agree gold can not be used like bitcoin and everything need to be as fast as possible today and gold isn't that fast like bitcoin, so definitely a plus for bitcoin

no one trades physical gold, i think there are only shares traded online so it is really safe in my opinion

Me too I am going to choose bitcoin rather than gold because this is much more profitable with gold. Because I am going to choose gold the robbers are everywhere and they are going to monitor your moves if they know that you are going to have gold in your pocket. And for me bitcoin is more convenient to treat as investment.

since we like both but bitcoin as good for our choice but here your problem will also be remain same if you will use gold instead of bitcoin to use fir investment . but i will tell you the price of bitcoin rise sharply than in bitcoin . si bitcoin is more best than gold .

My plan is to have a diverse portfolio, when my other investment mechanisms (real estate, shares, crypto etc.) hit a certain level, then I'll start investing in commodities too, gold will be the primary investment there, but I will use a brokerage or gold funds rather then physically store it - however I'll have to wait for the price level to be right. The price of gold will be too high for now.

Wow seems like you are having a big amount of porfolio out there. I like the way you diversify your assets which we must do all the times to mitigate the risks of losses. There will be losses, even in big companies they also experienced losses from time to time - with diversifying our assets, we will be able to combat the losses by having profits to our other investment vehicles.

well of course it is really risky, i think that it is better to do bitcoin trading and it can make you more money

Not that simple my friend, trading requires a lot of skills and knowledge in order to make money, maybe it is better to hold your bitcoin for the future and consider it as a long term investment rather than trading which requires you to be active regularly.

Wow seems like you are having a big amount of porfolio out there. I like the way you diversify your assets which we must do all the times to mitigate the risks of losses. There will be losses, even in big companies they also experienced losses from time to time - with diversifying our assets, we will be able to combat the losses by having profits to our other investment vehicles.

Its not too big just yet, just diverse, I only started out on the majority of the plan in 2015. The plan is to allow the portfolio to eventually pay for my daily expenses, and eventually to gain more from the investments than my salary pays with the end goal of financial freedom - Crypto can't do that on its own (as my investments are active, not passive). The biggest risks are currently coming from real estate as there are a lot of maintenance payments, but all should pay dividends in the end. Currently my smallest investment is in crypto, but its the most fun and I spend more time on it, growth rates on Crypto are much higher then all other assets.

that's definitely not the right answer if you just want to make your money growing and NOT losing it,probably because it'll be getting used for the future purpose and you just can't afford to lose it,in this condition taking risks is definitely not a wise choice at all

I chose gold over bitcoin if i have to translate my whole networth into either bitcoin or gold. Reason for this is I can't risk all of my money into bitcoin.
I like bitcoin alot but I only want to put safe percentages into it so that i stay financially stable.
