Who would have picked BTC and gold together on the January 1st this year would have had a huge return today. I still think we should invest on both in different proportions according to our own possibilities. I don't have to explain this, look at the charts.
agree it, both of them rising more at this year. i think the last issue about brexit make both of them rising. maybe we wil find other good news which make both rising again  im wait it.. It's strange because brexit did boost the gold price, but had zero impact on bitcoin's price and volume. The price is not important now, but I had hoped that investors would 'bitcoin' out. |

I only know in gold that the longer time it is the higher price is giving it. But of course I'm not choosing gold. Because it is very hard to acquire one of it. But with bitcoin you can have it. Even by just per portion of bitcoin you can have it by working hard to it or just simply buy. |

If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
I will purchase gold and bitcoins.fifty percent goes to buying bitcoin s and the other 50% goes to buying gold. Actually my family was on gold business we have a small scale mining and we also buy and sell gold. Golds price trend is very active compared to bitcoin every minute is of importance to the business. Bitcoins on the other hand is more stable and is steadily increasing in value compared to gold. Both are good for business that's why I chose two of them. Its good to choose both of them.. Gold is very expensive in this days and BTC are growing day by day... In case the any of those price get low we can balance through others.. So choosing both of them is a good idea for a better business |

If you look a the Charts for this year: Gold +18% Bitcoin +51% Bitcoin definitely the better investment, but holding both in my opinion the safest way to go. |

Generally I think gold can be much more stable compared to bitcoin but the advantage of bitcoin is its fluctuations which helps venture investors go into it. |

This is what makes gold so valuable. In any country in the world you can trade your gold for fiat, and with that you always hold value if you have gold as jewelry. Then there is the trust banks lay in gold. Keeping a large reserve to give value to their currency (backed by gold), no any other asset in the world is that valuable. Nor will be that valuable. Bitcoin included. |

People who love and live the risk management will choose bitcoin instead gold. Because with many speculation, i think it will grow up with more people start to use this currency.
But if you are love an ideal life with low risk to drive, choose gold. Because no big reason for gold to loose your money.

I think bitcoin prices will be stable for a specified period of time I'm sure that sooner or later the price is stable at this time will turn into a great fluctuation as usual. so you must be prepared for i. there will always be fluctuations in bitcoin so make sure you already knew that if you choose bitcoin |

agree with you.. but if you see the price f both of them in january 2016, you will find the gold holding growing his money too.. for me both of them is good, the main important when we want to invest is "read the chart" , find the perfect time to buy it, find the super lower price. |

I create a wallet, put some funds into it and that's it. No questions asked.
Of course, when I will have to redeem thos funds I would have to be careful but for the moment I need a store of value and apart from an inevitable volatility BTC is the best.
I can't carry gold around.
