I just want to add that it is not only the case with BC, the stake users also had similar kind of issues from time to time. So, like I and many others suggested, avoid using INR for gambling for very serious reason that bank can freeze an account if they suspect the funds came from gambling source as per the new bill passed a couple of months back.
And also no crypto casino process the fiat payments by themselves due to regulatory issues so they are using middle men as payment processor which creates almost all the problems here.
Deposit and withdrawal in fiat is allowed in BC.game from my country and the payment is credited instantly as processed through one of the payment gateways. I don't know about India and the type of payment gateway they have there but for us here, there is no issue with fiat usage in BC.Game that is expanding rapidly in my country. Holydarkness made some request from the person earlier as his way of helping but I have not seen where he provided those request and that shows that the problem may not be exactly what he is claiming. I don't think there is anyone active in gambling here that does not know holydarkness as a reliable contact for issues like this, so ignoring his request is something very strange and unexpected from the player.

Make sense. Indian guys should use non-custodial crypto wallets and play on crypto casinos only with cryptocurrency. It is not recommended to make any deposits or withdrawals in fiat. I have been seeing these things for a few months now. As for the BC game, I see numerous issues with this casino. Of course, they have some issues with the fiat currency, but there are also problems with crypto users. I always recommend avoiding BC Game, as they are one of the shady casinos around. They are overly hyped, but their customer support is terrible.

Using cryptocurrency from non custodial wallets, make your deposits, make your bets, and withdraw your money in cryptocurrency too are better practice than using fiat currency in bank transfers or cards. It is more dangerous by interacting directly with banks as they can freeze your bank accounts anytime. With cryptocurrency, you can have a middle mean for privacy, and you can cash it out or use P2P marketplaces for selling your cryptocurreny for fiat currency. Banks are not safe choices for things you get from exchanges, gambling sites, and if you are knowledgeable about this risk, careful enough, you would spend some extra time and on chain transaction fees for better fund safety and privacy.

I think that this applies to most of the casinos. It's best to avoid direct deposits/withdrawals from the bank from bc.game or from any casino. But if users from countries that don't have strict rules about money from casinos going to their accounts, then that's good for them. Banks are not safe choices for things you get from exchanges, gambling sites, and if you are knowledgeable about this risk, careful enough, you would spend some extra time and on chain transaction fees for better fund safety and privacy.
Yes, it's the same with the exchanges. Just don't do that when someone's going to do that directly either way.

Doing this will not only have the risk of freezing your bank account but also you will have no privacy because the gambling site will know from where the money has come and also the bank will know that you have deposited to the gambling site. In the current era, when everyone has access to the crypto and almost every popular gambling site accept crypto then why use fiat currency for deposit in online casinos ?

The way this casino did there deposit is nice because there is no risk in depositing using fiat, the option of fiat doesn't mean that when you click on the deposit you will start inserting your card number or anything, it doesn't work like that, how there deposit work is that the casino will only generate an account for you to make the payment to and the good thing about it that the name doesn't actually sounds like a casino that you will say your bank might freeze your account because is just like you are transferring money to another person so it not something of thinking there would be an effect.

Yes, transferring money to a casino site doesn't mean we'll be shown the casino's name; rather, it's a different account number. There are also many options, including using e-wallets and QR codes, which are very convenient. Honestly, I've never heard of a case of a bank account being frozen due to a transaction on a casino site. Many of my friends have been gambling for a long time and use fiat money, and of course, they transfer money through banks. So far, there have been no such cases, at least not in my circle that I know of.

If I am not mistakenly I have came across similar thing as well where they would generate a specific deposit account for you and when you made deposit it wouldn't looks like you are making payments to a suspicious site or gambling site. And the interesting thing about that is that they usually interchange it and you won't be able to use the previous account generated before to make payment and after 24hrs it has expired and they needs to make another account for you to make payment. So if bc.game function the same then it will be fine.

Yeah any countries that has a strict restrictions towards online casino platforms they could face this issue for sure. Middle mans are the root of the all problem for sure. They sometimes delay paymenst and also reject payment. That's why crypto deposits is the most efficient way. If you're going to have some convenient you should also accept some of these drawbacks.
This week I had a great weekend with BC game. Hit 1000x multiplier and total 3126x on Sweet Bonanza 1000. This made my weekend. This one was my personal best multiplier on Slot's game.

Yes. This is done for our convenience by creating a special account for the deposits we make. When I want to make a deposit using fiat currency, I usually chat with the casino to let them know that I want to make a deposit. The casino's customer service sends me an account number with a specific name as the account owner. So far, with this deposit process, I have never experienced any irregularities that threaten the safety of my money in my bank account balance.

Congrats dude! You have gotten a nice multiplier there. My highest multiplier is around 2000× in slots game, but I rarely play slots game. Anyway, I didn't know that BCgame allows the users to play the slots game by selecting the balance to display in BDT. I only know that they accept fiat deposits, but I never made fiat deposits in any casino.

Isn't this like super amateurish? I mean, I have never heard about such practices from a professional site, ever. No wonder we see all these complaints about those missing fiat deposits and withdrawals. People trusting a site that handles financial things is such a way really should reconsider what they are doing. I mean, first think you shouldn't use fiat on a site that is mainly crypto based, that's already the first problem. if you are so desperate to gamble there are so many fiat casinos that have lower house edge on the game side and better odds on the sports betting side. Why use BC?? I really don't understand it.

That is the problem of bank transactions, there is always possibility of chargebacks. But usually TXs from UPI or IMPS are considered as sealed deal unless the sender report that the bank account was hacked and funds are transacted by unauthorized person, then the bank will also ask for police complaint to raise the chargeback request. So I wouldn't be surprised if this is done on large scale like an organized crime centre with the help of corrupt banking officials and police.

Frequently getting bonus codes from BC.Game, this casino keeps giving them away non-stop. All have been successfully claimed but it remains the same as you where no one has managed to convert the bonus into real money because it always doesn't reach 30x wager. It seems like BC.Game won't get tired as this is probably their marketing strategy to keep their customers playing.
