Once you start depositing/withdrawing in fiat, you fall under certain rules & regulations... it's what I guess happened here.

Well most of the users are being asked for KYC these days. I don't think it has anything to do with unusual activity, and no casino site will trigger a manual KYC check on such small withdrawals. I guess there is some random KYC checking and you account comes into that random checking and asking for the KYC.
By the way, I would be interested to know if BC.game is planning to change their KYC implementation

This your claim need more evidence before people will understand you clear and believe what you are saying here, because BC Game casino is a popular and reliable platform a lot of players have won and lose in the BC Game. They have active customers care that is responding to different issues from their players to give them solution, but I don't know why your own case have not been resolved.

I don't think they send KYC requests randomly. Most likely, there was some activity in his account that triggered the BC.game security system, which is why they requested KYC even for such a small withdrawal amount. Maybe they didn't like his IP address or something else. Anyway, it's worth noting that their ToS describes the restrictions and verification process in more or less detail. So it makes sense to reread it to try to understand what the reason could be.

They have active customers care that is responding to different issues from their players to give them solution, but I don't know why your own case have not been resolved.

I've been writing all week hoping for updates, but support is completely helpless. I only get a generic message about the importance of patience, how they appreciate and understand me, and are generally on my side. But they can't give me any timeframes, because my key is "a priority," and they've been working with the entire team to resolve it, but they can't seem to find a solution. I've also been using the check-in bonus on Telegram all week. Today is Sunday, and I was supposed to receive my reward (I thought I'd at least be able to play that way), but I haven't received it, and honestly, I'm not even surprised.
And the apogee of it all is today's communication with support. I approached them with a reasonable question: I want to play, how do I do it? I can't play with my own money or with bonus money, because neither works. Please give me a solution! And you know what I get in response? The agents leave the chat; they simply stop responding and leave the chat!)))

I've never encountered such a service! They don't offer any kind of personal bonus in their chat for this kind of situation, or any kind of compensation while I'm forced to wait. They claim their entire team can't resolve the issue, and they can't provide any recommendations or deadlines.

Overall, it was humiliating trying to play in bc.game. Peace and blessings to all.

You are welcome to open a thread in the Scam Accusations section of the forum and post details of your complaint. BC.Game employees read this section from time to time and will answer your questions.

Describe your case as accurately as possible and upload screenshots of your communication with support (I'm sure you've already done that?), then we'll be able to help you best.
But please: Present your concerns neutrally and without insults, otherwise no one will support you.

If I understand his complaint above correctly, this monies have been moved from his casino account as his withdrawal request reported successful, but unfortunately, the funds were not received on the account he provided during the withdrawal..
What I would actually want to know is whether this monies were withdrawn in cryptocurrency or fiat?

If the money was withdrawn in crypto currency, then by now, he ought to have gotten the fund, but if the money was withdrawn in fiat, then maybe the reason for the delay may be related to bank issues, I personally have never tried fiat withdrawal from an international casino to my local bank to see how it works, some do say such withdrawals will take up to 5 business days (under some circumstances) before the fund hit the destination account, I don't know how true this is and if this is not the issue the user is complaining about.
