Yeah. I was actually feeling bad when I was writing that post. I was kinda sad seeing how terribly people can die just for telling the truth against big powers and corruption. I am a kind of person who speaks out against corruption, regardless of the political party I support. Well, these days  even if the timing is a bit off in some regions. I would personally prefer to stay up all night to watch my favorite teams playing a FIFA World Cup match. This even comes after four years and cannot be missed. One may have to sacrifice his sleep for a few days and get a holiday once or twice a week if you're doing a job

I wouldn't surely go with Argentina and I'll tell you why. Since the match is in the home country, these teams perform very well because the atmosphere, weather conditions and everything is very familiar and in their favor, also lots of local people come to support them. Psychologically, they have a huge boost and it has a very positive role on the outcome. To sum up, that was definitely a phenomenal performance from Saudi Arabia. Their defense line played very well, Argentina was caught offside six times in the first half.

Watching a match I bet place bet on is usually a very big task for me because it somehow get me emotional. Yeah, so I also think Argentina was the favorite in that match, and I am sure I would have placed a bet on Argentina as well.
I also think that Argentina didn't take Saudi Arabia seriously. They probably thought that they would beat Saudi Arabia easily. However, the condition was in favor of Saudi Arabia because they are familiar with the weather. They are used to the environment. However, it is also true that they didn't manage to win other games.

Argentina was ridiculed after losing to Saudi Arabia in the game. I still remember that guy who was saying, "Where is Messi"? on TV. But Argentina did not lose a single match after that. Did they?

The problem here is simply the history of the word "football" in America. Although soccer was also played there in the 20th century, the mixture of soccer and rugby was much more popular and simply took on the name "football". Incidentally, it was also common in England and other English-speaking countries to refer to the game as "soccer", but this also changed during the 20th century.

It depends on where it is actually held.
We were able to watch the matches of the last World Cup in Asian countries becasue the World Cup was in Qatar, and it's an Asian country. However, I recall watching the World Cup at midnight when I was still too young. Probably because the last World Cup was in Russia. A lot of things have changed since then.
