What you said is partly true and I agree with it but for the problem of being literate in technology and ready it depends on the specialization in the end so there is no benchmark about age here even though today our young people have potential because the technology is getting more sophisticated and it is only a matter of desire that must be raised but that is not a benchmark.

It’s not that complicated since it’s the same principle on how a bank transfer work. The only difference is a more character for wallet address compared to bank account and the name of the receiver is already not required.
