Jus bought in alt coins. Mostly dapp coins. I have a bunch of them. And a little less in Bitcoin. At this point I can handle the losses of alts. Hopefully it doesnt go 160% losses.
Here's a few to list
Neo. Ada. Xlm. Bch. Eth. Skycoin. Strat. Lisk waves, nuls, gxchain, Komodo , etc, qtum, Tron , Eos . Ox, ontology, pivx , zilliqa, and metaverse etp.
Year 2019 will be another bear market? Hopefully not.

That is quite a good number of coins in your holdings. I am currently also holding a good set of crypto, (most in the top 20 of coinmarketcap). The bearish market of last year thought me to be wise and invest only in cryptos which have sure long term potential. Like you I am also hoping that this year would be different and more positive for crypto.

Pretty sure this is the right time to buy those coins which can recover again and possible to moon. Short term or long term could be. Please, bear in mind to be careful putting all your money to crypto maybe you just invest the amount you can afford to lose. Better to have some savings than zero money after all hard works and investment.

Yes, we can't determine which of those coins to buy but with exact measures to follow, our knowledge with different promising coins could potentially provide us the assurance to pick those best alts. what is an altcoibs ? you mean to say altcoins ?  . you dont need to wait for their price to dump before you buy them because anytime is actually the best time to buy a crypto not just an alt because their price can potentially pump in the future as soon as their supply deplete's and as soon as the adoption gets wider .

Maybe next days they gonna pump because we are on 2019 now and end of 2018 that we facing bullrun problems.

there no difference between 2019 and 2018 because both year does not have a good price introductions  . all we ever see is the same old market where the price of the coins are being stuck on their atl's .

buy on existing coins that on top 20 coinsmarketcap will be good.if we want buy altcoin outside top 20 , we have to use small allocation to preventing big loss if our decision was wrong.

You can buy any alts in many ways and any time you want, all depend your strategy. In my experience only the player know the result but in reality some people just buy with out analysis and that's wrong. As long you already do some analysis, test in market is best action you can do. Red market is bad but for some people red means green, buy back and recovery is on red. So I hope you'll success with your strategy and keep share your experience because we can take valuable lesson from there.
