That's a good decision you made,investing in altcoins now while market still in dip to gain more profit when time come that market recover. There are many altcoin that has a potential to grow,just need more time. 2019 is still good year to invest.

I would certainly not buy now all the money cryptocurrency , but that part of the coins to a small percentage I would take a percentage of 5-10% , but I would not buy so many coins , I would take up to 10 coins and would keep them in debt

I don't get the purpose of this post. Are you actually looking for sellers for the coins you mentioned or you are mainly promoting them? Let your purpose be clear please. But I still think these are good alts for keeps.

You have to be good at choosing Altcoin that has great potential so that in the future it can be profitable, so now if you want to buy is a good time and the market is also green, it has started to grow even though the price of coins is still low, but this is a good sign for time in future.

Yes, waves is a good decision but make also sure to buy ETH because it will be a very good choice when bulls came back. There is no coin more used than ETH and when updates come ETH will be up again.

Well all coins you choose and good and hopefully you got a great profit  that alts. Even though we are in bear market it's great to buy this season too. This year 2019 will be great to us just believe it.

I think it's good to buy altcoin now because altcoin is potentially expensive so I'm doing now I buy an altcoin with potential and longterm to recover my loses but those altcoin on the wallet I hold it because bitcoin price increase also increases the price of my holds altcoin I am not worried that bitcoin crashes and the price of holds if altcoin because if I think it would be more likely to panic me and sell it sooner but that's not what I had in mind when it came to the end of the year to marecover my losses I was not able to do it but that's not what I did now I bought an altcoin with the potential to hold it on those who want to invest take advantage of the buy while still cheap the price for your profit will be great if the bitcoin increases.

as long as the price of bitcoin is good then the altcoin price will also be affected to increase and now bitcoin has shown signs that it will return to have a high price so that before that happens it would be better to start investing in altcoin
but if you really have big capital, I would recommend you prioritize bitcoin first
