Those altcoins you mention was worth to buy for now because some of them are a potential altcoins in the market.

investment on alt coin now. I think it is the right decision. there are many choices on alt coin. The price is lower on alt coin than BTTC so we can maximize our capital turnover on many alt coins. And now alt coin is also growing in its market.

I think buying altcoins in bear market is a great idea but its better to just use excess money to buy them so that you can HODL for a long time until you reach your price target

Hmm, bear market. For example monthly chart for LTC/USD has higher highs and higher lows for three months now. Litecoin demonstrated 112% growth since mid December.
