Dogecoin thru the roof, will we see a jump in PPS?
Of course. We're at 185% PPS now. Is this a record for the pool?

I can't get a new Goldshell LT5 to work on the pool. It says the pool is invalid. I can get it to work on other pools. Have you looked at the LT5 compatibility on the pool?

It seems unlikely that this is a compatibility issue, since connection and authentication are quite straightforward in the Stratum protocol.
If it says that the pool is invalid and does not connect at all, chances are that there is a mistake somewhere in the connection details (URL, username, and password). Make sure that you are using the username and password of one of your workers as defined in your pool account, keeping in mind that they are both case-sensitive. Feel free to send support an email with screenshots of the miner's configuration page if you'd like us to double-check.

Okay thanks. I'll double check everything (including cases, etc.) and send an email with the details if it still doesn't work. I've never had an issue before with L3s, etc. and this is my first LT5 to try.

FYI - I got the new Goldshell LT5s to work. Not sure what the issue was but their UI is kinda complicated to figure out but all working now. Smiley

My AntMiner L3+ is running and connected to the pool, yet it shows it has zero hashrate. How do I fix this?

If the worker's name shows up in green on the website, but the hash rate remains zero, it means that the miner is connected but not submitting any valid shares. This could happen for a number of reasons, the most likely of which is probably HW errors, which in turn is often caused by a bad or insufficient power supply.

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to use a Gridseed on the pool. The hash rate might take a few minutes to register, since it's quite low, but it's been that way for years now.

Where did you get your LT5s at?

Hello!

I just started my mining operation back up and have it connected to my litecoinpool account. However, the payout address is old and I am not sure what service created it. I would like to get it "unlocked" so I can change it. I messaged support but want to get this resolved as soon as possible to make sure I am not losing out.

Thanks in advance

Changing a locked address is generally not possible if you no longer have access to it, but at any rate your only chance is to talk to support over email. As of this writing, all the support requests we've received have been handled, so if you haven't received a reply, make sure you have the right contact details and send your email again.

That email address is the correct one.

Apparently I can only send 1 private message per hour on this forum. I received your email and replied. Hopefully you receive it.
