Another loss for Mumbai Indians but the problem which makes the IPL unpredictable is that even in the past where Mumbai won the cup, they never looked like the best team in the tournament but during crucial matches they usually manage to win, despite that i think this is the worst year for them in the IPL with the way they are struggling. My bet is on CSK or Banglore Challengers to win the cup this year.

I agree with you here because Mumbai Indians are never been in the best shape even they were champions but this year they are more awful even they have few best players in this format, but today I am posting here one thing please note this next year they are gone champions or in finale because it's nature of this IPL last year we have very awful for CSK and now this year they are very strong contender for win title its also nature of this IPL. For this year title I am also going back to these both teams but in current form I am feeling Bangalore Challengers are better than CSK but on final day we have to check lady of luck is going to hug with CSK or RCB.

Mate, Mustafizur was not in bowling for CSK they have Hazelwood Curran Moeen Jadega and Shardul they all was not good today as Rajasthan's opening pair done some serious damage in very early overs and their middle order was also on good as Dube and Samson both take their team in good position which is going to help them for better end of this season in next match now they are going against Mumbai Indians and winner of this match has some better chance for qualifying, but KKR is also in hunt very interesting situation for these 4 teams in next few matches.

It doesn't looked a surprise for me, because during the toss itself both the team captains had the clear picture of batting second. If there happened a break at the very beginning the match would've gone little more fighting.

The two CSK opening bowlers failed miserably (Sam Curran and Josh Hazlewood). They conceded a combined 109 runs in their 8 overs. Shardul Thakur bowled well, but he didn't received any support from the other bowlers. The absence of Deepak Chahar (rested?) made the difference in yesterday's match. He was the most reliable bowler for CSK and they depended on him to take early wickets. Also, yesterday it was surprising to see Samson scoring runs (relatively) slowly, while Shivam Dube blasting the bowlers from the other end.

When all the batsmen of the opponent take a devastating form, it is difficult for any experienced bowler to stop them. I don't want to blame Chennai's bowlers. However, after Chennai scored 189 runs, their players thought they would easily win the match. This was their biggest mistake. They were over-confident. This is what we saw in one more match. This is what we saw in one more match. Despite giving a huge target of 219 runs against Mumbai, Chennai was defeated. My guess is that this is mainly due to overconfidence.

Jaiswal just blew away the bowlers. After 7 overs, RR were like 100 and the required run rate had dropped to 6 runs per over by then. The initial powerplay decided the course of the match. For CSK, their opening bowlers conceded too many runs. By the time they brought in Shardul Thakur and got the first wicket, the match was almost over. They could have given a spell to KM Asif in the initial powerplay, rather than persisting with Sam Curran and Josh Hazlewood. Have to say that Dhoni showed poor captaincy.

RCB start was very good through Kohli and Padikkal they give some good punishment to Punjab King bowlers but kohli's wicket give some good opportunity to Punjab King bowlers for fighting back, and they have done very good job even in middle Maxwell and AB De Villiers also have some good hitting but Mohammad Shami keep his cool after some punishment and bring back his team in last few overs.

I was expecting target like 190 to 195, but they have done good and restricted them to RCB for 164 for 7 now they have some good opportunity to done job like Rajasthan Royals and bring their team in limelight for next round.

Match was going completely in favour of PBK but suddenly wicket of Rahul change things for RCB as now Run Rate is going down Chahal takes another very important wicket of Pooran, so now things can change very quickly in last 3 overs we have no boundary which is creating more pressure on Agarwal and Markram. From here Agarwal need to take charge and take charge from here because he is already inform and set batsman which can help his team to win if they are unable to handle from here surely this can go to hurt them require rate is already touching 10 per over and this will increase very quickly in next few balls now.

Looks like Punjab Kings are having upper hand here. Garton had bowled an excellent over (14th) in which he conceded just three runs. And then over-rated Mohammed Siraj released the pressure the very next over by conceding a couple of boundaries. As long as Mayank is there, I don't foresee any real chance for the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Kings have 8 wickets to spare, and they only need another 52 runs in 5 overs. Sarfaraz Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Moises Henriques are yet to bat and they are all known for big hits.

Eventually, the PBKS team was able to win against KKR. KKR lost this match due to their bowling in today's match. I don't understand why Shakib Al Hasan is not being given a place in the squad even after being in the team. Narine is not performing as expected. Southee bowled very poorly today. Management should give Shakib a chance.

Only 4 overseas players can be included. One of their best bowlers can't be included (Lockie Ferguson), because spots were taken by Tim Southee and Sunil Narine. Eoin Morgan and Andre Russell make up for the remaining spots (they included Tim Seifert in the place of Russell yesterday). If Shakib has to be included, then the captain himself needs to drop out. Otherwise the bowlers are in very good form (Narine, Ferguson, Southee). Also, there is no room for an allrounder, as Venkatesh Iyer is doing an amazing job right now.

They should have added Shakib for the last game. Seifert is opening batsman and he came at no 7. Local openers doing good job for the KKR so Seifert inclusion in the squad made no sense to me. Also Shakib could have bowled as front line bowler so that they don't need to use part timers during critical period but it seems Morgan losing his mojo with his form along with the coaching staff.

Morgan is not doing well. Seifert's performance is not good. The team is not getting the expected performance from Sunil Narine. In this situation, they should be given a chance to be the best player in the world like Shakib. If Shakib had been in the squad in the previous match, I think Kolkata could have won. Kolkata lost only because of poor bowling.

Oh well, it was Seifert's first IPL game so he was debutant in the last game he played. My point was he's opener not lower order batsman so Morgan and KKR's think tank wasted him in the last game, they can't fit him at the top order because Local talent is doing exceptionable job. Clearly a lack of planning and tactic keeping Shakib out from the bench.

Shahrukh Khan hit a massive hit off the bowling of Harshal Patel just now, but Kings still need 27 runs from two overs. Not impossible, but right now RCB is having the advantage. Mohammed Siraj and Harshal Patel need to bowl the 19th and 20th overs respectively. If they don't make too many mistakes, then RCB will end up with two more points, which will take their tally to 16. And this would mean that they qualify for the playoffs.

The match between Northern Pakistan and Khyber P is under progress and it look like Northern Pakistan may win this one.
Khyber need 34 runs in 17 balls. I think Northern Pakistan should be able to defend the total of 181 runs. Shadab Khan captain of  Northern Pakistan played well to score 46 runs along with Mohammad Nawaz who scored 51 runs.

Suddenly change of situation is fascinating I was sure they are going to win this match very easily and will enjoy their better NRR but now few quick wickets, and they are out of match even Shahrukh is on crease, but they are going to lose match because last over, and they need 20 runs which is not achievable for them in current situation after having very start from Rahul and Agarwal. This lost is going to give them big setback as they will be out of race and moral is also going down as they are on top, but suddenly they lost.
