Yeh it's true royal challengers Bangalore has mostly dominance over them that why they are more confident while playing against them and especially when ever king kohli stand they will win as he always delivered best for his team mostly at crucial situation and such things we mostly have seen mostly when he play for his national team again paksitan, anyway target was fair not much tough and can be possible tough if they get Kohli before he done any damage, while if we have a look on opponent batting line-up thier big name failed to done awesome especially like Livingston, Curran and some Thier local player. Anyway thier bowling has done a good job compared to thier batting because I was expecting RCB to chased the target by just losing 2 wickets but the way they done damage in last was extraordinary but unfortunately unable to divert results in thier favor

Yes Royal Challengers Bangalore was doing well against their opponents which probably makes them feel more confident when they play against them. Having Virat Kohli in team also helps boost their confidence because we know that he has a really good history of performing well in important moments. By the way target set by opponents may have seemed fair what really matters is how whole team performs not just one player. It is also important to mention that opponents batters may not have done as well but credit should be given to RCB bowlers for doing a good job in stopping them from scoring too many runs. By the way match was really interesting RCB won by 4 wickets with remaining 4 ball.

The Punjab Kings team managed to provide the target of 177 runs today. Is it enough to win against a team like Bengaluru? I thought Punjab would provide a bigger target today. Because Bengaluru's batting order is very strong. A high score is absolutely necessary to win against this team.

Sikhar Dhawan scored the maximum 45 runs for Punjab. However, Sikhar Dhawan's strike rate was only 121. Besides, every batsman can bat a bit better, but no batsman can score big.

Chinnaswamy venue is getting slower from it's usual pace? The run scoring is not easy as used to be but credit goes to Siraj and Yash for bowling tighter lengths that kept the scoring rate lower.

Still the target is easy for RCB standard but need a couple of decent partnership to win this match.

It gives bowlers another weapon in batting friendly format. Chinnaswamy's boundaries are small and it's six hitting ground, batters do this for fun here but it didn't happen last night.

Also, not a fan of the Impact player rule in the IPL. It changes the equation so drastically, it's good for theatrics and will provide thrillers but won't produce all rounders in the long run.

To be honest, I was very annoyed by Royal Challengers Bangalore's batting in this match. Bengaluru team won this match only because of the batting of Kohli, Dinesh Karthik and Mahipal Lomror.

The target of the match was not big. But the performance of Punjab's bowlers and fielders was really good in this match. On the other hand, the performance of Bengaluru's batsmen was poor. Du Plessis 3 runs off 7 balls. Cameroon Green and Maxwell both collected 3 runs off 5 balls. Although Rajat collected 18 runs, he batted at only 100 strike rate.
Virat Kohli played an excellent innings of 77 runs off 49 balls. And in the last minute, Dinesh Karthik's 28 runs off just 10 balls and Mahipal Lomror's 8 for 17 runs helped Bengaluru to win the match. Didn't think Bengaluru would play this badly with such a strong batting order.

176 target was defendable, whether RCB can chase score or not heavily depends on their star players (Faf, Kohli, Maxwell and now I'd also Green to the list), out of which Kohli performed good yesterday, had Bairstow taken that first over catch and had Kohli departed early, RCB would have come under huge pressure and likely would have lost the game.

Shikhar Dhawan the Punjab captain has been dropped from national team in all formats for over a year and it's good to see him performing in IPL. He might be selected in T20 team is he performs well in this IPL.

As long as Virat Kohli was in the field for Royal Challengers Bengaluru yesterday's match his team was quite comfortable but after his dismissal his team came under some pressure. Today we have GT vs CSK, IMO CSK has upper hand here as they have supreme batting depth and are more likely to give huge score/chase a big one, however their bowling sucks big time— it's bad luck for them that Pathirana is injured.

I'm expecting good competition whoever wins.

In my calculation, it's close to zero chance unless Kohli or SKY gets injured and one of them is ruled out from the upcoming t-20 WC, even after this IPL will surely throw more exciting prospects for one down or second down.

You have to remember that even the likes of Rinku Singh might find difficulties getting into Playing XI or in some scenarios even in the squad and as far as T-20 goes Gill is way down in the pecking order.

176 doesn't look very high target as RCB are 85 for 2 in 10 overs. 90 runs more required to win the game with 8 wickets in hand. The probability of RCB winning this game is high as compared to Punjab Kings. Shikhar Dhawan the Punjab captain has been dropped from national team in all formats for over a year and it's good to see him performing in IPL. He might be selected in T20 team is he performs well in this IPL.
