The bet amount of 3.7 BTC is quite a large amount even if you bet that amount in a certain casino you might already have a high enough VIP rank and be able to get what you deserve from the VIP bonus.
Maybe you can read the policies they make to find out the calculation of the VIP rating they have and you can also ask their support directly to get a more detailed answer.
It's a shame, friend, if the bet amount is 3.7 BTC until you can't have a VIP rank because VIP can give you an advantage.

I can see TIER 1, 0-1 BTC will be counted as a regular player who does not have any reward like rakeback or cash back. But TIER 2, 1-10 BTC will get 5% rakeback and cashback. So if his wager is 3.5 BTC then he is TIER 2 and will get 5% rakeback and cashback. Is not it a good opportunity for him?

Usually casinos need concrete evidence to accept that reports are true or just nonsense. Actually it's easy, the complainant only needs to prove that he is not talking nonsense by providing valid evidence attachments. If the reporter cannot prove anything, the casino will not receive a report from the reporter. You can explain the details of the problem and again you have to be able to prove it. And we can see that in fact the parties from the casino also accepted and tried to have a good discussion, it's just that it seems that the reporter has a slightly complicated problem here.

Nice, yeah everybody is curious about the mystery iron box. But I am not sure the mystery box will be available from the beginning and old wager players who have wagered already more than one BTC. In my opinion, it should be available from the beginning and every people can claim it right away after going live with the VIP (ELITE SEAT) program.
