casinos should create a way for people to do KYC that was very fast and safe, they could do something like: the person takes the identity document, then enters the casino and turns on the device's camera and then scans the face of the person holding the ID document and verify the account instantly, with this the casino would prevent people from handing over fake documents and would not have to ask for so many things that sometimes even irritate (for example: sometimes they ask you for the origin of the funds, the person made a deposit with cryptos, what else will the person say about the origin of the funds? sometimes the person deposits and wins, but still they ask you the origin of the funds, that Is something meaningless) and take time to complete KYC, this is my opinion.

Gennady is in touch to the casino support via email since he can share the status of his account. The casino is checking for a possible bug on the game that he use to win his current balance so this will surely take some time. This happened on other casino and the waiting is very long that almost took 1 month. Waiting is really sucks but it’s necessary to make sure everything is clear.

I just saw that his wager volume decreased significantly and he seems not competitive since the rewards decrease and right now only spins for top 2 and below. I'm surprised with the sudden decrease of the rewards to the free spin. The last time I check was the reward is still 800mbtc for weekly tournamen but right now it’s only 100mbtc for top 1 and the rest is free spin.

This started when they removed the VIP benefits for all user who wagered 1BTC. I hope they will release official statement about what’s going on.
