@Sujonali1819 @admin can I have an update to this issue. I still can't access Digdigdigger using Bitcoin as currency even though I have balance on it. USDT is the only currency works on the slot and I don't how this happened while I'm not playing a lot lately before this error occur.

I have a lot of free spin coming from my hourly and daily tournament wins including the hourly vote that expired without being use due to this error. I'm now stop playing since the free spin that I will accumulate will just be wasted. I already email and ask for an update. I hope that I can receive reply soon so that I can continue playing in the casino.

I am not sure actually what to suggest here. Where everybody can access the game without any issue, only you can not. So the only thing I can suggest you do a hard refresh. I have seen this message sometime in the blackjack.fun that they are suggesting to do a hard refresh.

Or try another browser.

Have you tried making a new deposit? I mean deposit in BTC 10-20k satoshi to try let's just say you activate the BTC wallet in your account
If this method still doesn't work then I suggest you to create a new account and confirm it to the admin to avoid problems in the future.

I’m already planning to do the new account creation but I’m just concern on my previous wagering achievement which might give me benefits when the new VIP rewards introduced. It's very hard to farm wager now compared before so I’m hesitant to start fresh.

Why not follow @Dewi_Aries advice but only do it temporary while your account are still being checked by the admin. Ask for the admin approval so that you will not encounter any problem about multiple account issue. I’m sure admin will allow it since there is no existing VIP rewards that can be abused while your account can’t claim daily free spin reward since you can’t open the game.

You can timing this when one of the admin is online on chat box to make the process quicker.
Usually there are admins here as well so I understand why people would try it here. If you have a problem then you would come here, show the problem with proof, explain yourself and wait for an admin here to respond to you, also you would pm them what the problem is as well. If there is no response, you will keep repeating that for each 24 hours until you get a response and you will get one for sure.

However, as it could be understandable as well, not many people like to see others complaints here, they would rather see people who are talking about the casino in a good light, or something to chat about, not complaints and problems that needs to be solved.

This user case have linger for a while now and i dont understand what the problem is with the account as the blackjack team or their representatives have not responded to this and this is unlike them.
Blackjack fun have always been active on this thread and hopefully we should see a response from them soon.

Actually they have responded but haven't found a solution yet I don't know if the problem is from a third party or from blackjck.fun itself

You don't have to worry about KYC if you are playing using minimal amount or having a regular transaction because this casino will never ask you a KYC if you are just a regular player with normal bankroll. Only whales and player that show irregular activity in the casino such as abused of bonus through multi account is subjected for KYC. This belongs to irregular activity on the casino account because this is a sign of a money laundering since the deposit is coming into different address and mixed it to the casino before the user withdraw.
