You can’t get the bonus if you still have balance left on the original balance. And also all the bonus earnings is included on the amount needs to be zero to get the loss back which means a whale should be broke completely before this bonus will trigger.

This is good as insurance and to let the whales play a little bit careless due to the lossback. Nice tactic.

2 hours ago I tried to claim all free spins Chat, Vote and competitions all the wins I got were sent to the bonus balance this means that there are no exceptions
We see that there are unique things here for example every hour RoboRain will send 0.1-0.2 TRX to all active users in the last 10 minutes at least each of us will get 0.02 TRX

This is not bad promotion if there's a loyalty reward aside from this promotion but this promo covers even the bonus reward which means you can’t get anything out of this bonus unless you lose all your balance including the rewarss in the competition. Other casino offer this kind of promotion but they have loyalty reward that gives user a rakeback from the percentage of there wager amount.

Admin told me that they are closed on finishing the upgrade that might include the loyalty reward. I think its not fair to judge promotions because they really do not "have to" do promotions. I get that they are doing it to get more customers or at least make the ones they already have to gamble more, but that doesn't give us the right the judge the promotions they are doing.

I guess it's from a low revenue. We can see how they spend from their signature campaign promotion and we can compare it to the monthly average wager, It doesn't line up well but it is where they can get whales from playing on their casino. The bear market is one factor and there are some casino also take a toll on this not just blackjack.fun. I've been active on blackjack fun for their free spin promotion for a while now and I've seen that they improved so well compared to the very first version of their casino where the only game is literally blackjack. They improved so well but I think there will be more to it, I and other gamblers noticed some bugs and we are trying to point it out to admins to help. It is not about making it easy, it is about making you wager, a casino earns money as much as you wager and if you do not wager then they won't make any profit at all. What’s the point of having a casino where people do not gamble, so all of the promotions would always at all times will be about making you gamble more, that is the whole point.

Sometimes it requires a lot more, sometimes it doesn't require that much but it is always about needing people to wager. That is why all those wagering competitions exists as well, because they want you to gamble as much as possible. When you gamble a lot, there is a chance you may win, but there is a chance you can lose it all as well.

Lossback on 100% deposit loss is terrible. You don't win anything, that's just like insurance that covers half your loss.

Rakeback is still the best, you win no matter what the result of your wager. Or at least some kind of cashback and not necessarily to lose all your deposit. Again, I'm just criticising the promo... other casinos do it too, but they also usually have a great cashback/rakeback.

That part is something we can all agree on. Since there will be a lot less people who can withdraw (many will lose before they hit 20x wagering) that means they could afford to offer it to many people. Assuming even quarter of the current number of people can withdraw, that means they could end up with something a lot more and they could offer daily and weekly.

Maybe hourly would be too little to care, they may not end up doing that, or just a very tiny amount only handful of people would care, but daily and weekly is a great deal that should go on forever. Hourly could be added later on based on how this rollover requirement goes, if they do not get too many people withdrawing, they can do proper hourly as well.
