IIRC. Not only the free spin but all the reward in the tournament has the requirements of wagering requirements. I agree that those free spin that given away on chat or other event should have wagering requirements since it can be easily cheat but the tournament reward is also included on it and there is no way for a user to cheat since its absurd to split your wager just to get 2 spot on the tournament rather than focusing on one account and aim higher position.

It's probably the best decision to remove all the rewards from RoboRain from the chatbox, and the freespin. It was good for promotion during the start of the campaign, but after the spammers came, the chatbox became more of an annoyance than a place where you want to relax, and chat.

Plus if the admins cannot remove 20x wager requirement, maybe reduce it down to 10x wager requirement? It's a trade-off.

Why most casinos run out of freebies and bonuses so fast because of abuse by players who create multiple accounts just to cheat the casino bonus systems and that is why most casinos are now lowering their reward system to meet up with demands and sustain their business.

Think of it like a company growing smaller to continue operating and become big again later on. Basically, with lower expenses, they could grow a bit bigger and slowly, but if they stayed bigger then they would bankrupt. When you are given a possibility of either growing smally by smally from lower end, or just go huge and possibly bankrupt, it is no brainer.

I would rather stay solvent instead of go bankrupt too. OK, I was confused because it's wrong to call the wagering leaderboard a "tournament". Perhaps it can be called a "competition".

I'm also starting to believe that you're right about the the wagering requirement. I have more than $20.00 in my bonus wallet, and it would require me to bet $400.00 to receive that in 20x wager and $800.00 in 40x? That might take a pleb like me more than one month, and losses more than $20.00.

It's mainly because of the lack of transparency and communication. Don't take it the wrong way, I still love you guys, but you CAN change the rules, you CAN change things, but you have to inform everyone properly and clearly.

When people are confused about wagering requirements, when people have to find things out by hearing what admin said in chat, when people have to guess what happened to bonuses or rewards, or whatever even, when people are coming to this thread and now sure what's going on, then those are things to fix firstly and foremost.

Just checked the player list in the daily bet count competition out of 10 players only 2 are old players while 8 are new users
I don't know if this is good or bad news but what is certain is that maintaining old players and getting new players is the best way.
