After several investors became victims, they are now more careful to join the ico, even though in 2017 there were many investors who benefited, only in 2018 there were many scammers who made fake ico so that the victims were investors.

Investors are just more than scared to invest now. I still wonder though how some ICO projects manage to sell out in seconds or minutes.

Well icos are still surviving, when I mean ICOs,  I mean good projects . People still invest in good projects but the problem is how would they know it is good or bad.  Failed ICOs have made investors restrain from investing. So good ICOs are still surviving.

For sure we mostly see people creating awareness day in day out but most investors take it for granted and when they fall as victims the realize the mistake they've made on their part but by then the harm has already been caused. Let all try to be careful.

I would like to believe that fraud in the ICO will be reduced. I also believe that investors have learned to identify good projects from scammers. But there can be two options. Either the fraud will stop, or the scammers will also become smarter and come up with new ways to deceive investors.

Even in a bear market,a few ICOs thrived because of the team behind them.If the team are very influential, they will be able to garner support for their project. Many project fail because there are less funds in the system to accomodate all and of course, many are poor projects

After 2017 max ICO profits, ICO has since then been a high target for scammers but alas ICO will still survive on the long run ,bitorrent and fetch.ai has proven that, many investors are now getting smart and extremely more careful ,its really a good thing ,before we know it the scam rate will get lower and scammers won't make a dime from ICO anymore. I think action speaks more than words,no one wants to lose money to scam projects anymore so they are forced to learn how to spot good projects to invest in. Warning doesn't work but investors losing money does makes them learn.
In as much as I understand that the crypto currency market is a decentralized marked, I think it is still necessary to have a body regulating the establishment of ICOs to avoid a lot of ICO scamming people now, there is need for all ICOs planning to come up to be investigated before going forward, at least through this a lot of investors will have firsthand information to ICOs that are genuine or scams, this is the only way based on my opinion people can trust ICOs again for them to survive.

ICO would definitely survive, if the project is good. In 2018, there were many scam projects, that's why many investors stayed away from ICOs, but now things have changed and investors are very careful now.

I think there is just a small level of chance for the survival of ICO. This can only happen when new crypto projects who want to ICO as the means of raising money for their projects have some kind of working products backing their crypto coin. With that, investors have some kind of leverage just in case the price of the coin becames less valuable in the crypto market.

Cheesy According to this sad position in the market can only see the hunters. Because we are deceived in the first place. So the situation is very bad. Perhaps investors will no longer trust in little-known projects and we will lose our part-time job.

Now that everyone knows that icos is overrun by scams, icos will struggle to survive in the future. Only if the problem with the fraudsters is solved, icos can survive in my view.

This is good news, I also believe that investors have become much smarter. I have seen projects that in my opinion will be able to realize themselves and it also gives me hope that ICO will live.

yes that's right, it all depends on the accuracy in choosing an ico, because too many projects are only looking for profits after ico finishes they run away, so there is more selection in choosing ico if you want to invest

Only time to solve the problem is not as much as it seems, if you delay the fight against fraud, the trust of people can be completely lost, and this is tantamount to the death of the ICO

There’s no more hype on ICO’s so I think there will be no more sold out in just a minute, but it can still happen during their ICO period. There’s a chance to survive if they are good project, but if its not I think they should stop it right away and do a better project in the future.

Yes it can but only after the bull run begins until that all the projects will get struggle to make the profits what they are expecting for but if they can make their development at low cost then they can do it.

I think ICO will always survive and i think now there are so many good ICO projects. Many investors also know where they should invest and always be careful when choosing a ICO project.
The ICO's are nearly all still available. There were some scams in the early days but people learned from that and now most of the ICO's are legit and people are more secure in investing as their money is safer.
