Which is better ICO, STO Or IEO ?

I think STO is the best among ICO and IEO. Reasons been that with STO project owners will have to go through necessary security measures so as to avoid scamming innocent investors. And with STO the intervention of SEC is well guaranteed should incase anything happens

ICO is collecting money from investors directly by the project developer, while IEO is an investor who can buy coins directly from a project through an exchange provided by the project developer. So in terms of investment is better with IEO. Listing tokens or coins after ICO and IEO have finished the same. The price of the token after listing to the exchange is also possible to go up or down, even die. Although it is an IEO project.

All has it's flaws, ICO is full of scam and fake projects. Many has lost money on ICOs and STO is nothing different from it. IEO is much better but has it's bad side as some exchanges IEOs fail and some that claims to be real, are not real.

STO, IEO derived from ICO, all these have a time for reigning, and it is now, IEO is now they usable one now because it simplify the actual process of looking for exchange in terms of listings, there is popular and shocked news that Avalanche token raised 45million dollars in just 4.5 hours a week ago know ICO crowfunding., if this is truly true, then, ICO would be erupting in the space now.

It all really depends on the project and the Team behind it. I noticed some Binance launchpad projects have done really well so I am watching those and accumulated a few with interest which are growing nicely. I think I would consider ICOS if they were backed by venture capital firms as they usually are quite good and serious projects and have been vetted by big companies with capital to spare and invest. You need to do your own research in each category and find the best projects in each niche.

yes, there is nothing wrong with the three systems, because ultimately this goes back to the team, whether they choose the right sales method or not. it's just that, I think that IEO is far better than the two systems for now, because now people are more interested in seeing where this project will be marketed going forward. the better the exchange, the greater the project's opportunity to develop.

but i think STO and IEO just a transformations from ICO, but i think IEO is better than ICO and STO
why ? because after the IEO period a project will automatically tradeable on exchange  maybe thats the main benefits from IEO

ICO is nearly dead, IEO and STO is one kind of transformation from Initial Coin Offering (ICO). For comparison, i also prefer Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) as it is more suitable for the investors because they can trade tokens on the same exchange or more exchange after the IEO period.

IEO is probably the closes to the traditional stock market investment. It's an easy way to invest in a company that's already on the market, has an established position, usually is regulated.

I don't know enough about STO projects but it looks like they lack usability. They're more secure than ICOs which are of course the worst choice of the three but not as good as investing in a physical firm.

i think IEO is better,, because the coin/token is already listed in the exchange, and its the only way to buy the coin. many projects now are using this ieo to get the attention of the investors

My first choice is IEO. You can call it the update version of ICO. There are many reasons for choosing this. One of them is IEO projects is verified by the exchange team. So there is less chance of fall a victim to scam. I will always suggest to join the IEO of renowned exchanges like Binance, Kucoin or Gate.

Even legit projects have fixed their coin amount to sell on the top exchange. Later the rest of coins are released to gain extra money then market dump. The same process I found in ICO. Only low volume exchange can't protect the price dump where Binance exchange can do it. IEO is also my favorite but in some exchange, IEO could force success.

IEO raised the doubt about projects and gives power to top exchanges, investors are more satisfied with what IEO has to offer, top exchanges takes responsibility about projects they allow on their platforms because they have reputations to protect, this is what ICO and STO can't do.

They are not the same; all three have a different sale system! Ico was dead after the long run bear market in 2018 and after so many scams! STO idea never worked correctly in crypto space, because real crypto supporters don't like the centralized or controlled projects for investment, STO is not the proper idea in crypto, so, this idea failed! After so many scams ICO, when investors were fed up and started leaving crypto investment at that time, IEO made the revolution! From then to now, IEO is ruling, and I like this idea most. Because you know Binance, Kucoin, Gateio, Bittrex, Poloniex are better exchanges, you trusted them, and when they choose a project for IEO among so many, that time you can blindly put your money on them! But think hundred times before you invest in IEO that doesn't list in those mentioned exchanges!

It's factual that they all have something in common which is their aim. ICO, IEO and STO are all semantics, they are structured to raise funds from investors in cryptocurrency space. Investors lost interest in ICO, so IEO and STO were incorporated to carry out the same function like ICO. The ICO's are barely been patronised due to the inherent risk associated with the scheme, but some projects are still getting good investors while conducting ICO.

Personally i am satisfied with IEOs and those too at bigger exchanges because they pick and choose the best projects through hundreds of applications so the probability of success is higher while as we move to smaller exchanges IEOs the risk again grows but still IEOs are better because unfirtunately most of the ICOs were scams. As they were easy for scammers because no checks, filtration or regulation.

Personally I think IEO's are the most dynamic of them all these days since you won't have to wait for your token to be listed anywhere - it already is. Also exchanges will likely vet the projects, so the scams should be a lot fewer.

They are all samething but in different phases. When ICO was ICO it was definitely going so well before scammers invaded and IEO surfaced and now investors have been hurt by some exchanges which causes low investment know. But IEO is actually the best now but has to do with exchange now. ICO still pays but few which is from the team transparence and genuiness. I have seen a project that did ICO lately and it was so good. It's all about packaging.

I believe this question has been answered a million times but I will still add a thing or two. First and foremost they are all fundraising methods which the team of a project banks on to access funds from their users and/or investors. Now among all them, IEO is better because it takes place on exchange thus investors will have the opportunity to sell as at when due without having to worry if the team will exit scam immediately funds were raised. Investors will also have the opportunity to participate based on the type of exchange, as it really matters. This exit scam of a thing was found majorly in ICO, this is because with the funds being in possession of the team makes it easier for them to steal. STO on the other hand, have had little or no success so far.

It's just that, the fact is that currently, IEO is prioritized over ICO and STO. that's because the existing market guarantees, and we can identify the project based on the existing market and volume. if there are conditions I have to choose a project with the same concept but have a different way of selling, then I will choose IEO.
