Yes, I thought West Ham and Barcelona were going to be the finalists of this Europa league but I was proved wrong. I have to say these two teams played really well to reach the finals and  I am really shocked to see the way Frankfurt played because I don't remember watching this type of teamwork from them in their own respective League. I really think that Frankfurt is going to win the Europa League.

Tbh, Barcelona and Westham were the favourites to lift the Europa League. O wonder why things didn't work as it seemed. Barcelona came from Champions league with alot of energy while Westham in the other hand played unbeaten throughout their group stage. So, I was believing one of the will win the league.
While Barcelona failed to qualify, Westham was unlucky instead. No one gets early red card and is one goal down, comes back. So I don't actually blame them.
Bowen and Antonio tried their very best to play like more than one individual but it didn't work.
Frankfurt who eliminated Barcelona and did same to Westham, that means they will lift the trophy.

Frankfurt definitely deserved to be at the finals, when you beat Barcelona, it is clear that you will be able to beat any other team because Barcelona has been amazing since Xavi took over and that Frankfurt loss really ripped them apart afterwards.

I am shocked about the Rangers game though, I expected fully that Leipzig to be in the finals, they had the advantage after the first game so I assumed that they would be able to win the second one or at least get a tie in one way or another. To lose 3-1 in such an important game is really a disgrace, plus it blocked a fully German finals as well which would have been fun for all the Germans I assume.

Rangers were just amazing against Leipzig and they totally deserved to eliminate their opponent I think. Leipzig were not that good as they were against Atalanta away. Rangers had a solid advantage in the first half already. Leipzig still made it 2-1 but Rangers were very decisive about ending this in ninety minutes. And they did by 3-1. From now on, I think that Rangers will be able to win the Europa League title too. Frankfurt would be a harder opponent for them as it seems but I still favour Rangers for that.

I'm still not sure if Frankfurt will win. Many people say that the Rangers are weak. But in the last few Europa League matches I have seen Rangers perform. Their performance was very good. The match tactics and the performance of the players were both good. And so I still think both teams have a 50-50 chance of winning the title.

However, I agree that it is not the expected team to be in the final. There are many top teams joining this competition such as Barcelona, Dortmund, Napoli, and Sevilla. These teams actually more deserve to be in the final round. But it is not about which team that have a bigger squad or bigger reputation, only the team that can play more solid that can qualify for the final.

Anyway, they both gave the best performances and they deserved it.

for the domestic league at the moment Ranger is of course better but it still is now they still can't claim about their league because they still lost to Celtic for this season and Frankfurt are not doing well in their domestic league.

I am not agreed with you here that Rangers is having any edge against Frankfurt because they are also doing very good job in throughout tournament and reached here in this final with their super quality performance even there were no good in Bundesliga and having very disappointed result but here they are giving good attacking performance and now have very good chance of winning this match and their Europa Cup which is best for their hard work specially after team like Barcelona.

now Frankfurt are the most confident team in the Europa League stage, they have beaten 2 big teams to get to the Europa League final. they have really been outstanding this season, their long wait to be in the european final is now here, i think they will not waste this opportunity to win the trophy.

What a final this is going to be in 1.5 weeks, both of the underdogs teams managed to prevail and beat much stronger opponents. Who would have thought 2 months ago that the final will be Eintrach Frankfurt vs Rangers. I lost a little bit of money betting on RB Leipzig this week, somehow I thought they would make it to the finals. For the bookies Leipzig was the favourite to win the finals this year. Good for Frankfurt though, I think for them Rangers is an easier opponent than Leipzig.
