I partially agree with your statement because with current form both teams have no chance for winning this year's title specially Atletico Madrid is going down very badly recently and Manchester United having too many issues on and off the field, so this match is going to have some entertainment nothing else but still with current situation I believe Manchester Unites is having some out sider chance for beating Atletico Madrid and qualifying for next knock out round which most chances they will be out from this competition in this quarter-final which is still good for them.

After Real Madrid Liverpool is second team who is having very good record in UEFA Champion League and Inter is already improving after very bad start in Italian League and Champions League but still it's not easy for them to face Liverpool in this knock out stage match with their 100% record and thrashing AC Milan badly in their last match they are able to beat another Italian side with same aggression and most chances they are going to end Inter's business into UEFA Champions League here in round of 16 as Liverpool is having very strong case for qualifying into last four after this its really tough thing for all teams as any team can win this year's title.

I agree that generally on paper Liverpool is the better team and therefore also the big favorite to advance here, but i don't that the gap between those two teams is that big to be honest, that is is a clear and easy win for Liverpool. Inter is playing a great season so far and at the moment it looks like as they could win the Serie A title again, for the second year in a row now, so they definitely have a lot of momentum and confidence. We also need to consider that the game is still around 6 weeks away, so anything can happen until then, may it be a series of losses for one of the teams or important players that can not participate because of injuries or covid.
