It has been nearly twenty minutes and there is still no goal in the games of the Group B. And I don't see very impressive statistics from any side either. I see that Liverpool rotated their squad a little but Salah and Mane are still playing. This means that they can answer Milan very easily in case they concede first. But I'm waiting for Milan to beat them somehow. And for the other game, it is really hard to predict. Atletico Madrid can still benefit from their experience and move Porto out of their way I think.

I don't know how Manchester City lost against Leipzig that had many missing and injured players but someone made nice if he played on home team to win.
Maybe Man City was more relaxed because they had first place in their CL group, but now PSG is just one point below them and Leipzig could be back in the game.
I expect to see few more surprises today, maybe Sheriff Tiraspol or Besiktas could earn some points.

PSG played very well, they scored 4 goals and conceded few goals, something quite incredible

PSG won big through braces Mbappe and Messi, the match ended 4-1. But I was very surprised by the final results in Leipzig and Manchester City because I think City are much better than Leipzig. Although it doesn't matter anymore but I don't think this is the desired result because it's clear that many gamblers will lose this match if they support Manchester City.

PSG remembered that they are a top club and one of the contenders for victory in the Champions League and played a good match. Messi scored again (goals in the Champions League are easier for him than in the French championship lol).
City lost to Leipzig in a meaningless match and this is not at all surprising - Leipzig clearly wanted to get at least in the Europa League and achieved this goal.

Manchester City may have lost the game today but this match was all for formalities as a win or lose  for them was still going to keep them at the top and above PSG their strongest opponets .
But without taking anything away from RB Leipzig, these guys did bring their A game as city did not feild unknown players...these were their first choice players and got a shocking result which was deservedly for them!

Leipzig won today against a really strong City side. I thought they will secure Europa league due to PSG's easy win against Brugge, but they took it into their hands and have beaten one of the top european clubs.
Guardiola will be really unhappy, they lost the game and he'll also be without Walker in the first knockout games after his red card today.

Leipzig is a really good team - which they proved again today. A bit underrated as well.

I might missed something but why Guardiola put key players in this game? City already secured the first place.. Now they lost the service of Walker and De Bruyne got a yellow card in addition to Stones.. In the other game of this group PSG won, Messi scored twice and Leipzig to Europa League.

I am most excited about the Barcelona match because I really want to see if Barcelona can actually beat Bayern Munich in that match. I honestly believe that there is no way Barcelona should win this match.
Real Madrid vs Inter Milan is going to be a match full of goals because both teams are in form right now.

If you are feeling in this way then you are not alone because many peoples sure about these results as Bayern has never been easy for any at home and Barcelona is already struggling and having some very bad results recently even now change of management is also not working for them, so they are going to be in Europa League, and then they have to do some better homework for next season because now this is already ended for them here in Champions League.

Real Madrid is really with his fever about Champions League matches, and they are currently at the top of league, so they are going to keep their place after winning today game against another inform Inter.

Liverpool gave them a quick response and equalized so they're back to square one again. Second half is about to start now. If Milan can't beat what seem to be Liverpool's second choice team (with the exception of Mane, Salah and Alison), then I don't think they'll survive the tournament now that it's becoming tougher as the tournament progresses to knockout stages.

Let's see if Milan can create more chances that woul eventually lead to goal. I'm still siding Liverpool to win even though we're on top of the table

Every minute, Real Madrid are getting closer to a win and securing their lead in their group at the same time. They got ahead by Kroos' goal in the 17th minute. And the Inter player Barella got a red card in the 64th minute. This has made things even more difficult for Inter. They have to win to be able to take the lead and it doesn't seem like probable. I guess Real Madrid would score the second one too and finish the job.

I am feeling it's very strange from Guardiola that his team already having top rank, and he is still going with full squad which now have some issue for him in first match of knock out stage he can drop few and give chance to few youths for better experience but nothing happen, and now they have Walker out and De Bruyne with Yellow Card not good signs for them.

Leipzig is good club, and they have done good job in last season in German League, so they were able to quality for this year's Champions League but sadly this year now they are very poor and having no better spot, let's watch how they respond in Europa League with this form. In this season they are struggling badly and have 11th spot in Bundesliga. Recently management fire coach hopefully this change bring some good fortune for them in League.

Too bad for Milan. They needed a win with a good goal margin to qualify for the knockout stages but lost their major opportunity to do so because they relaxed after scoring that goal.it loojs impossible now considering Atlético Madrid is also winning against Porto.

I already knew Liverpool will go for 100% record in the the Champions league. I already knew they like history.
But I didn't know Klopp will be so heartless to fixture Salah.
Well there is still chances that Milan can survive, if only they can draw Liverpool and Porto draws ATM.

Lionel Messi is starting to find himself at PSG.  He scored 2 goals against Club Brugge in the champions league match played tonight.  Kylian Mbappe scored the other two goals and they won the match 4-1.  Manchester City lost 2-1 to Leipzig.  With this win, Leipzig finished their group in third place.

There is not much time left for the last matches of some groups to end. And as far as I can see now, Milan are 2-1 behind home vs Liverpool and Porto are being defeated by Atletico Madrid by 0-1 home. If these matches end by these scores, then Atletico Madrid will be the 2nd qualifier for the next stage. Porto will move down to the Europa League and Milan are going to be out of the tournament.

This surprises me very much. Atlético has obvious chances to advance to the next stage - why such a strange odds?

Atletico just scored the second goal and given the fact that Milan is losing to Atlético, it gets into the playoffs from the second place. Someone made easy x4 (it's a pity that it wasn't me, although these obviously erroneous coefficients surprised me a lot).
Already 3-0 in favor of Atlético lol.
Taking into account how the teams played after the break, this round turned out to be very productive.
