Manchester City vs Real Madrid is surely going to be had most attraction from fans as currently both teams are at top in their leagues and having amazing form with some quality players but here things are going in favor of Ream Madrid because they have some amazing run of form in this competition specially as when we have results against PSG one of amazing matches in my life.
But, here Manchester City needs some good planning if they want to go through into final and want to win their maiden Champions League trophy they surely play aggressive game and try to have minimum 2 goals lead which can secure their place otherwise there is no chance for them against Real Madrid in away match for progress into final.

Manchester City should be able to win Real Madrid if all things are being equal, Real Madrid team cannot do without Benzema. It is truth they have the likes of Vinicius Jnr and Modric to display some level of brilliance that could swing the game to their advantage but Vinicius is not consistent game after game and Modric can be marked out. As for Manchester City, their major worries is the injuries plaguing the team now and this might just give Real Madrid the advantage.

Benzema has shown really good performance in the last few matches in Champions League and by now I expect the opponent of Real Madrid to understand that and guard Benzema properly.

I really think if Benzema is not let loose in that match Manchester City has a really good chance of winning. and I expect Manchester City to understand that by just properly guarding  Benzema they cannot leave the house in their defense in any other place.

But they do not have to do without Benzema? Am I missing something, I checked everywhere and he is neither injured nor booked for the game, which means that he should be able to play right? I mean the sentence "they can't do without benzema" sounds like he won't be playing but he will be playing and they can with him on the roster as we all have seen before. If they managed to beat PSG and Chelsea, then there is no way of knowing if they can beat City as well.

I do believe that City has a higher chance, I do believe that City will go to next stage, but when you have a player like Benzema on the pitch, we never know what he may do to surprise us.

Even I am not a Liverpool fan but I believe with Liverpool's current performance, they have a guarantee to qualify for the final match. I personally never considered Villarreal to be a weak team because even before that I said several times that Villarreal is a big team which means they are not a weak team. It's just that their lack of achievements makes them no longer seen as big, even though in the past Villarreal and Valencia in my view were big teams that really had to be watched out for. But over time, their prestige has decreased but for me they are still a big team and not a weak team. To think that Villareal will beat Liverpool and go to next stage and then telling people do not watch football is a bit of a oxymoron. Liverpool, I mean we are talking about Liverpool here. I get that Bayern was good and somehow Villareal managed to beat them and kudos to them, but do you really believe that they could do that all over again and this time against Liverpool? I see zero chance for Villareal this time around.
It will be easy win for Liverpool, for them it is nothing different than beating any other team they have so far. This is a team that could win it all and nobody would be shocked, they could even turn things around and win FA cup and Premier league in the same season, would be very difficult but not really shocking if it happens.

Did you watch the first match between Bayern and Villareal?
Villareal were much better than Bayern and it is a miracle that the match ended with only a minimal victory of the Spanish team.
In Germany, Bayern were better but could not do much against the great defense of the Spanish team.
Therefore, be aware that Villareal did not accidentally qualify for the semifinals, or because they was very lucky, but thanks to the excellent tactics of the game.
I agree that Liverpool is a slight favorite, but they have two very difficult games against Villareal and everything is still open.

It is ok to think that Liverpool is going to win the match but I find it really unbelievable that people are still thinking Liverpool is going to win this match without any problem.

Because we also thought the same thing when Villarreal played against Bayern Munich.
Nobody gave them a chance against Bayern Munich but they did manage to win that match and they won that match by playing good football not just buying some dumb luck.

For many fans Bayern was a big favorite to win this competition, just as Barcelona was a big favorite to win the Europa League.
We all know what happened in the end.
European competitions are very long and difficult, and it's not easy to play every game at a top level.
You can play perfectly all season and then play one game a little weaker and drop out of the competition.
Ask Guardiola and Manchester City what they think of this?  
Often the winner in the end is not the best team but the most prepared team.
Villareal is a very difficult and dangerous team and Liverpool will have to play two perfect games to win.
