It looks like they're not letting the LFC fans into the stadium, no one is quite sure why they're being delayed.  There were reports of people climbing fences trying to get it, but it's unclear if they were impatient fans who'd been delayed or if they were just random people trying to get in.

The Champions League finale has finally started. It was delayed for half an hour but finally it is underway. I assume there will be a controlled game at first. These teams are familiar with each other a lot. Their last head-to-head was in a Champions League finale again and Real Madrid got a really solid win then. Liverpool will want to have their revenge on them but it isn't going to be a comfortable work for them. I hope to see a game with many goals. Maybe it is not very realistic for a finale but who knows.

What a mess, apparantly there were delays when letting the fans into the stadium, now it finally started with more than 35 minutes delay. Things like that shouldn't happen at a final of such a big tournament. But ok, now we can watch
10 minutes into the game and so far no goal. Liverpool is looking good so far, I am hoping for a goal soon to get a bit more action into it.

The first 10 minutes there was no visible team that dominated or at least could create chances that threatened the goal. The tension in the match was still so relaxed, both teams were still looking for the pattern of play they wanted. But here Liverpool looks to be pressing with high pressing which is enough to make Real Madrid a little difficult to get past the halfway line.

The situation is pretty tensed on both sides so yeah most likely something to do with people invading thus the securities need to clear everything up before allowing the fans to properly get into the stadium. Kinda wonder how messy would this be after the game ended, some hardcore fans might even do some weird stuff that could ended up in tomorrow news lol

30mins into the game there seems to be no way for Real Madrid to penetrate. Benzema is seen several times falling back to help the collapsed midfield of Real Madrid. The three midfielders Casimero, Kroose and Modric are not powerful enough to fit into the pressure Liverpool is giving them. Thiago Alcantra has single handedly collected the midfield from them. No one to complete pass for Vinicius Jr.
There are several attempts made by Liverpool which cannot be said about Real Madrid.  Let's keep watching.

I also knew it was going to be a tough match, this is the Uefa champions league final, a one leg game and both teams won’t want to make mistakes on this one, it’s almost the end of the first half and both teams are fairly even I think it’s would remain goalless, even into the second half, but I believe Liverpool has the focus to hold Real Madrid from scoring and possible get a goal for themselves in the second half.

Yeah, Liverpool had their moments but none of the shots found the net. Seems like it's gonna end 0-0 in forst half just as expected. Ancelotti is smart as he usually just plays this squad and then in second half switches onto player like Camavinga and Rodrygo who brings down lot of trouble. Camavinga is good with ball retention and vision while Rodrygo is good with his movements inside the box. I expect Madrid to dominate the second-half.

Definitely this is so tough,  this are two strong team that have been waiting for this day to come for a long time. Game like this you can't Really predict who will be the winner because they have same quality.  But the way the game is going am having the mind set that Liverpool may likely win the match. Real Madrid is giving Liverpool tough time.

A very difficult match, very... Liverpool have a complete lead in this game, and only one Real Madrid moment that deserves attention. It comes with the understanding that there won't be many goals, it's probably a one goal game, nothing more. I really hope the teams don't get to extra time, much less penalties... There will be a second half soon, which will most likely decide everything

Tense the final result of the first half is still 0-0. Liverpool took the lead from the first minute to the 35th minute. But as we all know the VAR check is really long and indeed stressful. Moh Salah played on the side not so many chances of a kick on goal.

Need to watch out for the second half Madrid will dominate more. Last minute characters have always been the mainstay of Benzema and his friends in launching pressure.

The match has no conclusion yet, Liverpool are playing very well but Real Madrid are waiting for just single chance. Liverpool has wasted many chances that should have been converted but they were unlucky to convert even one, nevertheless we are still aiming for the winner.

Real Madrid is lacking midfielders, they aren't doing much in that place but I must confess, I underestimated Liverpool, they are doing massive attacks and massive defense and it so difficult for Real Madrid to penetrate in.
Vinicius. Jr is really doing well but they need to do something about Konate, that guy is so strong than him. Whoever is responsible for that anonymous decision  on that goal is heartless.

That was a hot mess of disorganization in front of the LFC goal.  Such a close call, but I thought that fist touch might have been off-sides, but I guess VAR was more focused on the second touch after Becker and Konate got their signals crossed.  Close call!

I'm not sure if I agree with the referee here. I mean, the ball was actually kicked by a Liverpool's player's knee in the end, so it shouldn't have been offside.

In any case, this reminds you that Benzema can always strike at any time. Shame indeed it wasn't a goal.

The match is really solid and it just needs goals to make it good. Also that Real Madrid goal that was cancelled by VAR due to offside to me is wierd becuase i think the ball came from Konate that got hit with the ball,so i think Real Madrid should have leaded in this match
