He was a shit bowler and an expensive one, he reclaimed his position as a shit selector with his stupendous selection. Resting  Bhumrah for what, IPL? This test series provides an opportunity to rethink why Bhumrah is so important for India. This test again speaks that Indian new comers are working piece of shit. Only exception were Jaiswal and Gill, Jurel is still batting and therefore I can't say anything about him.

Cricket is a big political game too especially in India but don't get deep into that cause it always has been like that and possible stay in that way.

I just want to mention about resting Bumrah which is the right decision irrespective of IPL, he already played 3 test matches and the gap between 3rd and 4th is less so he should have recovery time and probably return for the 5th match. Indian pace attack did pretty good job especially the debutant so the blame should be about the batting unit which is completely under performed including Rohit and only exception is Jaiswal.

That is the reason why I don't come on this thread. I don't think that the Indian players justify that kind of fame. Currently there is only Jaiswal who is deserving but every time I open up the Jio Cinema app I see Gill promoting Bajaj finance. If they can go to those level why not us. ENG spin outplayed the Indian batting and I don't know what is the point of saying Indian are good at playing the spin tracks when there is little assistance came in for an inexperienced bowling unit.

Kuldeep stood like a wall at one end which saved Indian from big deficit but ENG surely in a driving seat at this match now, so tomorrow India has to give their 100% as team if they want to win the match or else the series is going to be 2-2. Patidar again failed after good start but as said umpiring went completely against team India until now that hurt more than they supposed to be.

While India were at 180 for 7 really shocking for me with Jaiswal alone score 72 runs and all other gone cheaply which is matter of concern with new generation batsmen for the Indian team are completely fail to handle new generation English spinners which are playing their first series in India and into their career as well this last partnership is surely bringing something for the Team India with Kuldeep and Dhruv both are trying to cut the deficit which is still 134 runs with most chances I am hoping we will have good batting from them and things could be much better but now Indian bowlers need to be more effective in second inning because India had to bat last which could be not easy.

No doubt too much talk about umpiring with mostly are blaming it going against home side even we are having issues with the technology this is really not good signs because we need to be more improved and better if we need to be had these games better.

S the team India is going back to the old era where we expect Sachin to win the entire team and if he get out then it's end of hope for India but later things changed a lot now due to shorter formats the team management is not picking up the right players for red ball cricket and they just go by the star players of IPL which is irrelevant to test format.

England came to bat in the 1st Innings and gave a target of 353 runs, losing 10 wickets in 104.5 overs. In the 1st Innings, England team could not give a target of many runs, but England team seems to be able to perform well in the bowling line. India team came out to bat, 7 wickets in 73 overs.  219 runs for loss. Team India is still trailing by 134 runs. Rohit Sharma is out for 2 runs in 9 balls. Shubman Gill is out for 38 runs in 65 balls.

Just like I mentioned before that indian team were looking like on back foot position from start of this second last match and that's why their bowlers didn't get their confident and leaking much more runs which allowing thier opponent to settle down took time and make handsome partnership so as a result root make a phenomenal century and I was expecting a 400 around Target but some they manage to get them down. But if we have a look at indian Line up the only guys who make decent runs consecutively no matter how tough situation are while compared to him none of experience and well known player scored in such crutical situation just like we have see gill and Rohit failure. Anyway for BCCI instead of gill Kohli will be a better option and more worthy because he know how to make runs in any tough situation. Hope India will chased down the required lead otherwise I don't think England will give them another opportunity to get back into game

In the fourth Test match, the England team gave India a lead of roughly 353 runs. Gives a lead of 353 runs to India I thought that the strong India will easily cross the lead of 353 runs. But because of the excellent bowling of the England bowlers, they could not bat very well. Opener pair Yashasvi Jaiswal also started batting Rohit Sharma Rohit Sharma did not make a good run and got out immediately after scoring only 2 runs. Then Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill tried hard to score runs in partnership to take the team forward but Shubman Gill got out after scoring just 38 runs. India's top batsman did not bat that well. India ended their first innings with the score standing at 219 for 7 wickets. Now let's see how well India's batsmen can score runs in the second innings. However, if England want to win the fourth Test match against India, England will have to maintain this kind of good performance otherwise they will not be able to win the match against India.

BTW, it looks very likely that England may get a sizable lead in the first innings. At this point, India is trailing by 134 runs, with Kuldeep Yadav and Dhruv Jurel at crease. However, the 8th wicket partnership has so far added some 42 runs, although Tom Hartley and Shoaib Bashir were bowling exceptionally in tandem. If India can reduce the lead to 50-60 runs, then the match will once again be evenly poised.

This is the most probable outcome considering the fact that Jurel and Kuldeep will be facing a new ball. Everyone keeps praising Root a lot, but the true game-changer for me was Bashir who came out of nowhere. He has serious potential.

I still think India has a good chance of winning since England can collapse for a small score in the 2nd innings.

I'd still praise Root because he was the one who brought England to the defendable target, without a good score to defend bowlers would have likely come under pressure and may not have performed as they did.

In the four test matches, England's performance again went to good after losing 2 matches by India back to back but still, England has a very good chance to win this test series if they win the remaining two matches.
In this series, Virat Kohli is part of this test series but due to personal issues he cannot play it, and the last 3 matches we don't have seen him but at the same time we saw Rohit Sharma and Jaiswal century. From the Indian team, at this time, only Jaiswal playing well and the whole team depended on him because Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill both had a competition that who would perform poor.
