The results came as expected. Anything contrary to that would have been a surprise. The scores of 150+ made by both the underdog teams were respectable. Both of the team were able to take 3 wickets of the stronger side. No doubt India and Pakistan would come up as the qualifying team of the group and eventually meet in the finals.

Today there's two matches in the group B. Bangladesh vs UAE and Sri lanka vs Japan. It should be a easy win for both of the test playing teams. UAE might be able to give a good game compared to Japan.

While batting first Afghanistan U19 score only 173 runs only and all out in 50 overs. Jamshid Zadran batting well scored 43 runs in 75 balls, unfortunately miss his well deserved fifty by 7 runs short. India U19 bowling performance is amazing Arshin Kulkarni picked 3 important wicktes by giving just 28 runs and Raj Limbani also picked 3 important wicktes. In chasing target Arshin Kulkarni played well scored 70 runs unbeaten and Musheer Khan 48 runs unbeaten helped india u19 to win by huge 7 wickets victory against Afghanistan U19.

England vs West Indies


The visiting England will take on the host West Indies in the series deciding match today. West Indies won the first match of the three-match ODI series and England won the second ODI so today will be the third and final match of the series where the two teams will go on to clinch the series. If we discuss about the second ODI match we can see that the runs in the second match were very low as the England bowlers were able to restrict the West Indies batsmen to very few runs in the second match. England won the second match against the West Indies after being able to restrict the West Indies to less runs in the first innings. The toss is important for England today, if England win the toss today then like the second match they will again decide to field first and bat with the target in the second innings.

Two very interesting matches scheduled for today for the Asian Cricket Council Under-19s Asia Cup. In the first match, United Arab Emirates Under-19s will be taking on Bangladesh Under-19s. This is going to be a very tough match for Bangladesh and a defeat would raise a lot of questions regarding their funding from ICC. The second match is between Japan Under-19s and Sri Lanka Under-19s at the ICC Academy Ground No 2. I am not expecting any miracles in the second match, but it will be good to see the progress made by Japan.

Pakistan openers didn't play well, no one can make 20 plus from the openers of Pakistan. Shumyl Hussain was out on zero, he cannot be made a single, so this match is not good for him, in this match, he only did fielding and nothing else. This was a very disappointing moment for him, and not only for him Shahzaib Khan also didn't play well, but at least he made 15 runs, but after these two players Pakistan team was charged up and hit fours again and again. The captain of the Pakistan team Saad Baig made half century.

Today match is the between Pakistan and Nepal. Pakistan won the toss and first decided bowling. Nepal batsman makes 10 run in 2 over and Pakistan no any wicket against Nepal. And the next ball Pakistan bowler out the Nepal batsman in the third ball of the 3 over. This is the first achievement for Pakistan team.

Pakistan won the match and the main player who possibly this victory is Mohammad Zeeshan. First, he took six wickets of the best player in Nepal and after the wickets, he came to batting and he made too many runs in just 8 balls, he hit 20 runs in 8 balls.

This is his biggest achievement by him. By the way, I see him for the first time and I have don't idea that he is an all-rounder but my doubt is clear, he is not just an all-rounder he is a superb all-rounder who can make runs and take wickets in just seconds.

Nepal batsman makes 152 run in 58 over and 10 out.

The Nepal team gave the target of 152 runs, some people think that this is the normal target. If you don't remember what happened in 152 targets, so I will remind you that in the 2021 World Cup Pakistan vs India match, the Pakistan team bowling first and the Indian batsmen couldn't stable to play and give the 152 runs, and Pakistan chase that easily with zero wicket loss so maybe history will repeat but Pakistan lose three wickets in this match.

Obviously UAE is entirely comprised of expats from India and Pakistan, but I didn't expected them to have an advantage at the U-19 level. In the other match, Japan was bowled out for 75 runs versus Sri Lanka. For this match Japan included 3 natives in their playing XI (Koji Abe, Shotaro Hiratsuka and Chihaya Arakawa). And at one point they were 35/8, but the partnership between Charles Hinze and Kiefer Lake took them to a less disastrous total.

Everyone knew that the Japan U19 team would not win Asia Cup but they should have tried, and I can't believe that the Japan U19 team all out on just 70 runs, know they small team but they have some standards, I think they are happy that at least they play this Asia Cup, they just made 70 runs in 30 overs and all out on just 70 runs against Sri Lanka, I don't know that Sri Lanka team is brilliant or Japan U19 team is just a newbie team. I think the Sri Lanka U19 team is better than their original team.

Japan put up a decent performance. First they were struggling at 35/8, but then added 40 more runs for the last two wickets thanks to Charles Hinze and Kiefer Lake. And while bowling, they managed to take 3 Sri Lankan wickets, with Kiefer Lake taking two and Kazuma Kato-Stafford taking one. Not a very bad performance from someone who is playing in a major ACC tournament for the first time. Japan has two more matches remaining, against Bangladesh and United Arab Emirates and I hope that they will be able to improve upon their performance.

Since the IPL 2024 will start in a few months from now, franchises will be keeping a close eye on the ongoing Asian Cricket Council Under-19s Asia Cup. Those who perform well can expect a contract with one of the IPL franchises. In the first match (against Afghanistan), a few Indian players put up decent performances, including Naman Tiwari, Arshin Kulkarni and Raj Limbani among the bowlers, and Musheer Khan among the batsmen. Musheer and Arshin have played for state sides in Indian domestic cricket, but the other two are yet to participate in domestic tournaments.

Today is the third match between West Indies and England, and this is also the last ODI match of this series, after this match T20 series between the both same teams will start from 13 December to 22 December.

Anyways, we should think about today's match and who will win, if we check the previous matches of both teams so one match was won by West Indies and the second match was won by England, and when West Indies won they had a very good victory and when England won so they also had a very convincing victory, so let's see both teams have good results in their previous matches. It is hard to predict the winner of today's match.

Maybe England would win in my opinion as they are a more experienced team than West Indies.
