Four teams are now confirmed for the semifinal. India, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. India will play first semifinal match with New Zealand. Pakistan have the chances to qualify for the semifinal but the chances are only 2 to 3% which is impossible. And India is looking much stronger as compare to other three teams so I think India will win this world.

Unfortunately Pakistan has no chance to go in semifinal matches.
But Pakistan tried well. And you are right there are 80% chances that India will win the World Cup because India played 8 matches and didn't lose a single match. They have mutch better performance as compare to others three teams. So India can win the World Cup.

The focus was simply not there. They were doing all sort of theatrics rather than focusing on the performance. At first they did namaaz on field, and then complained when a few of the fans shouted religious chants at them during the match at Ahmedabad. Then they were complaining about the food that was being served in the hotel. I have a feeling that if they had focused on the game rather than all the other things, then they might have qualified for the semi-finals. Now it is all over for them. Given the scenarios, it is pretty much impossible to qualify for the semi-finals.

Funny seeing some people still think that New Zealand hasn't qualified already when the reality is that they already have. India vs New Zealand once again in the semifinals though the outcome might be different this time around.

Australia vs South Africa is another high voltage semifinal clash which could probably be more exciting than the other one. We're in the endgame now!

Maybe some folks are expecting Pakistan to win a toss and then score a mammoth total of 450-500 runs, whereas Babar scorning 295 with SR of 300, the Greatest ODI inning of all time.

After that, maybe for a change Ifti Chacha and Shadab will take a new ball and bowl out England within the first powerplay. Looks like a straightforward expectation to me.

First of all, I was not expecting anyone outside the pig-4 to qualify for the semi-finals. Even then, South Africa managed to qualify, thanks to some splendid batting from their star players such as Quinton de Kock and Heinrich Klaasen. So in the semi-finals, it is going to be 3 from the pig-4 and one outsider team. Pakistan had an uphill task, considering the fact that this tournament is being held in India. But they should be happy with what they have achieved. Wins against Sri Lanka and New Zealand was no mean effort.

Pakistan's exit is their own fault. They couldn't meet their nation's expectations no matter what.

While people are feeling sad for Sri Lanka, it brought joy to other teams. The good thing about Sri Lanka is that when teams like Australia, New Zealand, and Bangladesh were losing matches in a row, Sri Lanka always stepped up to help them win and regain their form.

One of the Pig 4 team, England disappointed a lot and are almost down at the table. I think no one from the Pig 4 plus the England teams themselves would have thought of such a pathetic performance by them.

Anyways today Afghanistan are batting first after winning the toss and they are struggling full time against South Africa and currently, the score is 146 for 6 wickets down. Although the top order batsmen didn't play well but Azmatullah Omarzai is looking good at 46. Afghanistan may not be able to make a big total but he should make his fifty and rightly deserve so.

Lungi Ngidi, Gerald Coetzee and Keshav Maharaj, all of them took 2 wickets each and South African bowlers really bowled well in this final match of the World Cup before the semi finals.

Coetzee and Keshav Maharaj bowled well today. Coetzee took 4 wickets with 44 runs in 10 overs. And Keshab Mahraz gave only 25 runs in 10 overs and took two wickets. I wouldn't call a 244 run collection a bad one. Afghanistan has a chance of winning if the bowlers do well. However, South Africa's batting order is very strong. Looking forward to see how Afghanistan's spin bowlers perform today.

The match was interesting, with a good bowling performance from the South African team at the start of the game, which resulted in Afghanistan scoring few runs. After losing a few wickets in the beginning, Afghanistan's batsmen played for a long time. Azmatullah Omarzai had a great batting performance today he scored 97 runs off 107 balls, unfortunately couldn't score a century. Azmatullah Omarzai could have scored a century if there were a few more balls left, but the batsman remained unbeaten as the over ended. On the other hand, South African bowler Gerald Coetzee also bowled brilliantly due to which he got 4 wickets. Today's match will definitely win South Africa against Afghanistan in the second innings. Afghanistan's two batsmen have entered the field to meet the target of 245 runs, if they play to the end, both of them can score very good runs and win the match.

Afghanistan at 160/7 in middle of inning and then Azmatullah Omarzai takes Afghanistan inning to 244/10. Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran Openers of Afghanistan team didn't played well Gurbaz scored only 25 out and Ibrahim is out for 15 runs. Azmatullah Omarzai scored 97* Just 3 run short of the century and one of the best young talented Afghanistan player that performed well in cricket world cup and reached Afghanistan to A decent 244 total against South Africa.

South Africa collected 41 runs without losing any wicket in 8 overs. De kock remained unbeaten with 30 runs and Bavuma 11 runs. I have never seen a better performance than Bavuma in this World Cup. Today maybe he will be able to play big innings. South Africa have already qualified for the semi-finals. So the match is not important for them.
