England vs West Indies


The visiting England will take on the host West Indies in the series deciding match today. West Indies won the first match of the three-match ODI series and England won the second ODI so today will be the third and final match of the series where the two teams will go on to clinch the series. If we discuss about the second ODI match we can see that the runs in the second match were very low as the England bowlers were able to restrict the West Indies batsmen to very few runs in the second match. England won the second match against the West Indies after being able to restrict the West Indies to less runs in the first innings. The toss is important for England today, if England win the toss today then like the second match they will again decide to field first and bat with the target in the second innings.

Two very interesting matches scheduled for today for the Asian Cricket Council Under-19s Asia Cup. In the first match, United Arab Emirates Under-19s will be taking on Bangladesh Under-19s. This is going to be a very tough match for Bangladesh and a defeat would raise a lot of questions regarding their funding from ICC. The second match is between Japan Under-19s and Sri Lanka Under-19s at the ICC Academy Ground No 2. I am not expecting any miracles in the second match, but it will be good to see the progress made by Japan.

In the other match, the Pakistan U19 team's bowling lineup is too strong but Pakistan's batting is not too good, they made runs but they are losing too many wickets

I think this U19 team is good for T20 because today they had an ODI mindset and they made 153 in 26 overs so when they T20 mindset so they can make the same runs but in fewer overs, Meanwhile in 20 overs, Pakistan won their first match of this U19 Asia Cup and played very well, I hope Pakistan will play again like this in the next matches of the Pakistan U19 team, that is with Nepal, and on Sunday Pakistan will face India.

The next match for the Team Pakistan will be crucial and will play an important role as compared to their previous matches.

Because India has also a better team and surely they will face them on sunday. Nepal was not that good because Indian and Nepal in comparison are two teams that have a huge difference between their bowling and batting side also.

The Nepal team gave the target of 152 runs, some people think that this is the normal target. Everyone knew that the Japan U19 team would not win Asia Cup but they should have tried, and I can't believe that the Japan U19 team all out on just 70 runs, know they small team but they have some standards, I think they are happy that at least they play this Asia Cup, they just made 70 runs in 30 overs and all out on just 70 runs against Sri Lanka, I don't know that Sri Lanka team is brilliant or Japan U19 team is just a newbie team. Japan put up a decent performance. First they were struggling at 35/8, but then added 40 more runs for the last two wickets thanks to Charles Hinze and Kiefer Lake. And while bowling, they managed to take 3 Sri Lankan wickets, with Kiefer Lake taking two and Kazuma Kato-Stafford taking one. Not a very bad performance from someone who is playing in a major ACC tournament for the first time. Japan has two more matches remaining, against Bangladesh and United Arab Emirates and I hope that they will be able to improve upon their performance.
