Today, there is only one game which is Sevilla vs Elche. Even though Sevilla seem to be the much better side, they should watch out for the Elche threat. Because Elche were still able to get a draw in their Real Madrid game some time ago by 2-2. Real Madrid had the game under control but still couldn't win. And Sevilla have drawn with their opponents three weeks in a row lately. They need an immediate win to pull themselves together and not to get behind Real Madrid more. As Real Madrid have a very difficult away game against Villarreal, I think that Sevilla would even drop the point gap with them this week.

Looking only at the Primera Division table, Sevilla seems to be the clear favorite in the match against Elche. It seems to me that the result of the match is by no means obvious. Sevilla tied the last 3 matches with opponents from the middle of the table, so you can see a slight decline in form. Elche, in turn, has not lost in 5 matches. They were even close to a victory against Real Madrid, but the leader of the table managed to draw at the very end of the game. I believe that we will see an interesting and even match today.

Yes, now wasn't the right time to underestimate the opponent because even though Elche was an opponent from the middle of the standings, right now Elche wasn't a weak opponent at all. Elche could have stolen points here because Sevilla themselves in their last 3 matches have always ended in a draw, but with head to head dominance, it is very likely that Sevilla will win as reflected in the odds favored.

If we compare Xavi and Koeman, no doubt that Xavi has done a much better job. At least, Xavi builds again Barcelona characteristics by using tiki-taka, dominating the ball possessions, and aggressively attacking. It was very different than the play of style used by Koeman. He prefers to instruct Barcelona players to leave tiki-taka strategy, and play almost like a Netherland team.

I've been looking forward to this performance for a while! It's been a while since we watched a Barcelona match like this! I pray that the glory of those days will return! Thanks to the team and to Xavi's management. With Barcelona's signing of worthy players, their performance will gradually improve, and Xavi will make a better impression than Koeman.

after the arrival of several new players I saw a lot of changes have happened to the Barcelona team and they have found the weak point of this team, namely in the attacking sector, therefore during the transfer last January they added several strikers including Adama Traore and Aubameyang I think it is very effective and it was proven by them being able to score 4 goals against Atletico Madrid.
If Barcelona are able to continue to be consistent this season with the same game as against Atletico Madrid I think they will finish satisfactorily in the standings and of course it gets a Champions League ticket, and there is one more championship that they are still very likely to win, namely the Europa League.
it is undeniable that xavi is a great coach, especially since he is a legend of the Barcelona team who of course knows a lot about the club's internals, I am sure that in the future there will be many trophies that he can present for barcelona, just like Zinadine Zidane when he coached Real Madrid.

that's right, Bilbao is one of the subscribers to the Copa del Rey trophy winner....i like them to be champions, because against barca and madrid in the last round, they won smoothly.  but valencia are also a good team, i'm sure this will be a very exciting match.

Yes Bilbao cannot underestimate Valencia just because they dominate the Copa del Rey title. Valencia also came with the target of victory. Valencia certainly benefited more from the result of the 1st leg which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Bilbao could not capitalize on their advantage after Valencia's players had to shower early at the end of the first half. In contrast, Valencia could equalize by their 10 players.

I don't think Bilbao is the favorite anymore and I don't care anymore about the previous Bilbao who managed to get rid of Real Madrid, because in this match Valencia, only play with 10 players in the second half, in fact Valencia could score a goal back until the match ended in a draw. The 2nd leg which will be played at the Estadio de Mestalla will certainly be a tough task for Bilbao if they want to win and also, if the final match becomes a match between Betis v Valencia then I believe Valencia will win the title.

It looks like ancelotti has a difficult choice in that match, but i think madrid will still play their regular players to be able to win against villareal later, because after all ancelotti will not try to gamble to waste the opportunity to stay away from sevilla, for professional players maybe 4 days distance The match can give them enough time to rest to recover their stamina for the next match.

Even they were not able to at least maintain their advantage after Valencia's Gomez was shown a red card. They have to be really careful, Valencia is a threat to them.
A tough match awaits them in the 2nd leg. I agree with what you said, if they don't focus on the game, Valencia will get rid of them.

Valencia cannot be underestimated by Bilbao, although Bilbao can get rid of two giant teams, Barcelona and Real Madrid in the previous match whose quality is better than Valencia. Evidently in this match they can be held by Valencia.
I see the four teams that advance to the semifinals are fairly even, but Bilbao have a bigger chance than the other 3 teams, including Valencia they are facing now. They must not miss the opportunity to win the title again.

I agree with you this difficult match for Madrid because Villareal were very strong during play for home matches this season even Atletico cannot win against them and not easy to beat Villareal in their home ground but your bets option seems very good because head to head statistics between them showing almost every matches both of teams always make scores each other so both teams to score seems good to consider

It was a tense match and I'm sorry that Athletic before the second leg could not achieve any advantage at all, although they had every chance to do so. It will be quite a shame if the team that knocked out Real Madrid and Barcelona from the draw does not even reach the final. In the second match, Valencia will most likely be the favourite, but I would rather bet on a draw and on the winner in the penalty shootout.

this is not an easy match for sevilla where Elche are unbeaten in their last five La Liga matches, and Sevilla are yet to win in their last 3 La Liga matches.
Of course Sevilla wants a win to be able to continue to approach Real Madrid at the top of the standings and while Elche wants a win to be able to be in the middle of the standings.
although sevilla are very seeded tonight but according to my prediction Elche will provide a very fierce resistance and it is not impossible for Elche to steal points at Sevilla.

Madrid had difficulty scoring against Elche. It's possible that Sevilla will experience it too. But statistically and player-of-course I think a lot of people bet on Sevilla's win. Of course Sevilla don't want to drop points, I'm sure they expect madrid to lose. So they were able to overtake Madrid's points. There are still 15 games to go, it is still very difficult to choice Madrid as strong candidates for the champions, because their points gap is only at odds of 6 points. But I still chose Madrid for the La Liga championship.
