Although Real Madrid beat Granada 1-0, they had a hard time scoring goals. Granada is one of the weakest defense teams in La Liga. If it is difficult to score against them, it is easy to assume that the Real Madrid forward was not strong in this match. Real Madrid has made a total of 24 shots. Even after making so many shots, they managed to score only one goal. So I would say Isco, Rodrygo and Asensio are not experienced enough yet. So it would seem yes, as right now the only thing I'm annoyed at with Real Madrid is that they didn't take the lead before half time. Just made a bet on them but with other requirements, met the yellow card and corner count, and even under 2.5 goals but I thought they would take the lead early lol

Benzema injured and they lost Copa, and almost couldn't win this one. But just wait, they already got plans for some big guns. We'll see.

Which Barcelona player's performance in this match was bad? Barcelona has performed well as a team in this match. They did not rely on any particular player. All the players tried to play well from their place, only because of the good play as a team they were able to score 4 goals. But the midfield needs to be strengthened. There are few experienced players in Barcelona's midfield. Xavi will probably try to strengthen the midfield next season.

Xavi was very happy with the good performance shown by the Barcelona players. In this match there were 2 players who were the key to Barcelona victory.
-Adama Traore marked his debut with Barcelona with sweetness. It took him just 21 minutes to prove to Xavi that he deserves to be part of the Barcelona squad. Adama created one assist by sending a cross into the middle of the penalty box which Gavi finished for the goal.
-Dani Alves is doing quite well as a Barcelona right fullback. He managed to score an assist and a goal in this Big Match even though in the 69th minute he got a red card.

Adama Traore brings more strength to their defense after many years playing in Premier League. Alves on the other hands, shows that he is still very useful for Barcelona even at his nearly fourty. He is now can not playing simply based on his pace at swing but he is using more experience while playing. His style is different than other swing backs of Barcelona. He does not simply bond with swing but usually moves toward central area and connect with other attacking players to create more pressure on

Even it is  a win and three points for Real Madrid, this match reveals a hidden problem of Real Madrid. They don't have good alternative for Benzema and in most of matches when Benzema is out, they get issues with goal scoring. Ansensio helped them to win this time but it is a very difficult win for them.

It might not be a big issue this season but soon Benzema will lose his performance when he gets older and this time is not too far. Haaland or Mbappe will be most wanted target of Real Madrid as part of mandatory plan to replace Benzema.

Xavi is planning to sign a new deal with Ronald araujo,  his contract  with Barcelona will be expiring by next year. This is a nice one if Ronald to continue after this contract with Barcelona gets expired.
I think Xavi  is Impressed about Ronald  performance because he is a good player performing well in Barcelona.

At the present situation of Barcelona, anyone that is making decent efforts to add value to the club will be appreciated and not sold out. Anyone in Barcelona now is first showing a great patriotism to the club and such gesture shouldn't be betrayed.
Though Ronald is a good player for the team. For Barcelona to retain what it used to be, it must surely have to get a strong bench.

It's also about the monetary dimension. To keep your bench strong, your economic power must be that strong. For a while, there were names like Suarez and Neymar in the Barcelona bench. Of course, they primarily played in the first team, but in some matches, we could see them on the bench, even for rest. They had very good players who could play for them. The options were many. Now there are not that many options.

God bless Asensio! Yesterday I made a value bet on PSG to win. And I multiplied the odds with Real Madrid and Juventus matches. PSG and Juventus made the result pretty quickly, but Real Madrid made me nervous. It is good that in the end they achieved the desired result. Barcelona had a really great weekend. They weren't a very big favourite in their match against Atletico Madrid actually. But they still scored 4 goals and won by 4-2 also. These were similar teams lately in the league. Atletico Madrid were right above Barcelona by one point. I was having an expectation like a draw or maybe a Barcelona victory by one goal like 1-0 or 2-1. But I'd like to thank both of the teams for making us watch a wonderful match with six goals in it. Barcelona are really seeming like they are getting near their old times but they still have a long way to go for that.

Barcelona's performance is much better now, at least they've been able to overcome their slump. Barcelona is currently 15 points behind Real Madrid and 9 points behind Sevilla but they have 1 game less than Real Madrid and Sevilla. Catching up with Real Madrid will be tough but at least they still have a chance to snatch 2nd place from Sevilla. All they need to do is continue to play consistently and maintain their current form.

After terrible start and very bad run in league table now they have done some good and turn tables into their result with this win now Barcelona is a strong contender for having spot into top four even they can achieve some higher rank as well with this form.

Right now, league table is very interesting as Sevilla is losing points constantly which can hurt them for holding second spot and Barcelona can snatch this as well because they are on best run right now most chances at the end of this season we will have some usual stuff like Real Madrid at top and Barcelona at second with Atlético Madrid and Sevilla will be fighting for third and fourth spot because recently Betis is also having not good time, and they can slip as well with Villarreal is also jumping into good way for higher spot.

Real Madrid's this win was surely not impressive because Granada is currently one of worst teams in La Liga with their current form and way of dropping into rank, but Real Madrid is at top but still this was tough call for them to have to win against a team like this.

But, as I check few things feeling most chances they are going to face PSG in very crucial match in Champions League so just because of this they were not good as they need to be, and secondly their few main players are also having injuries, so they have result like this. But still good thing now they have 6 points difference from second seed team Sevilla and now can feel some relief in this Spanish League table situation.

Agree, winning big with a score of 4-2 is certainly a surprise for me because even so far Barcelona have rarely won with a gap of 2 goals against Atletico. I'm really surprised that Xavi has done a good job so far and the good thing is that Betis lost by Villarreal which certainly made the points gap competitive again. Their points are now very close, especially for ranks 3 to 7, this kind of competition will certainly become more interesting in the rest of the season ahead.

It was expected and Real Madrid won 1-0. They have entered many positions. Honestly, the 1-0 finish surprised me. If Granada had scored a surprise goal, the match would have ended in a draw. Anyway, Real Madrid won, that's what matters. Sevilla, on the other hand, fell 6 points behind Real Madrid with a draw in the Osasuna match.  Sevilla missed a great opportunity.

Villarreal gets the better of the moment. although statistically, they are a draw. but Villarreal's incredible luck.
this result holds Betis to remain in the top 4 with the shadow of Barca who might be able to replace it. because Barca's performance is also slowly starting to rise. they gain confidence again.

0-0 Half Time Now

Just as usual Madrid struggled to score. They even scored in the 74th minute. That was Madrid's winning goal. Asensio became a hero with his lone goal. Even Granada also had many chances but Thibaut Courtois did well to save some chances that Granada had. Madrid had a bad polishing problem, some of their chances failed to execute well. Mybe the problem is absence Benzema and Vinicius.

Ahhh my bet finally lost for good.

I was hoping for granada to make an upset to win by 1 goal or so , the first half were better for granada as in the second half they almost have no huge chance to score .
Since the first 10 minutes of second half i knew it , i was wrong placing bet against real madrid but i keep going.
Nice win to keep the 6 points distance from sevilla at second place.

Villarreal really demonstrated their strategies to battle with Betis to defeat them 1:0  but the game later turned to draw match because of the changes coach made after the half time.

 It was like a joke to Betis team yesterday the way Villarreal team used them in the half time that made many fans concluded that the match will end for the favour of Villarreal but the game later change to fans prediction.

Villarreal will do everything possible to improve their point for their next match.

so you bet for Granada? Isn't it in terms of quality and percentage of wins that the difference between Granada and Real Madrid will be very far? Even though the score is only 1 point, you are betting quite bravely on Holding Granada which a few games back is also not very profitable.
