If it was like last season, I would agree maybe. Another thing I've observed in football is that once a team knows another is gunning for the title, they will do their best to cause upsets and I'm keeping my fingers crossed because with how Madrid players are either injured or out serving suspension and coupled with the stress of the international break, I feel Los Blancos will find it hard pulling an easy win.
 

We cannot predict what is happening in football. Barca has not given up its ambition to defend the La Liga championship, with an impressive performance against annoying opponent Atletico. Girona is starting to decline, and coach Michel and his students will not want that to happen, especially when the season is about to enter the decisive phase for the whole season's performance. Basically, with Girona's advantage, they can only focus on this tournament. Meanwhile, Real Madrid must be busy with the Champions League. Real can spend more time preparing for the two quarterfinal matches against Man City. Forcing them to put all their effort into this match and neglecting La Liga. This is an excellent opportunity for the phenomenon of Girona and Barca to take advantage of. I think the results of the next 5 matches will definitely decide Real Madrid's La Liga championship this season.

Is it possible, whether Barcelona have a winning streak and at the same time Real Madrid have a losing streak? Because anyway, it seems like only thatscenario that makes Real Madrid fail to get the trophy, only such a scenario willmake Barcelona able toovertake Real Madrid at the top of the La Liga standings. After all,ofcourse, Real Madrid also has goodquality and performance, so it seems very unlikely that this scenario willhappen. Barcelona is closing up on Real Madrid in the table; is this something Carlo Ancelotti should be concerned about? There is more to getting to the top than winning matches against impoverished clubs. Real Madrid cannot go this far and risk damaging their chances of winning the La Liga title this season. Barcelona is a big club that's achieved so many things in football over the years and because of their past achievements, many people are of the opinion that they're still capable of catching up with Real Madrid at the top of the English Premier League table but considering how impressive and consistent Real Madrid have been since the start of the season, I don't think they Barcelona can be able to achieve their aim of winning the Spanish La Liga title this season.
For a team to be able to win the league title, they're required to be very consistent for the period of the whole season and that's what Barcelona actually did last season in the Spanish La Liga which was why they also won it but they've not been able to repeat their performance of last season in the current campaign. Real Madrid have simply been the best Spanish team of the season and I think they'll continue to be as impressive as they've been till the end of the season.
