It's true that that's the most important thing for Girona and even if they fail in the title race it won't be a problem. Atletico Madrid bought Joao Felix at a fairly high price from Benfica but instead he was unable to give a good performance when with Atletico Madrid and that's why he is currently on loan to Barcelona, in my opinion the failure of Joao Felix to develop at Atletico because none other than Atletico's style of play which does not match the character of the game he has been playing at Benfica,  Yes, Atletico Madrid should have been aware of Joao Felix's ability before loaning him to Barcelona, and I think if Atletico Madrid want to see their rivals weaken, of course they should not loan players to fellow Spanish teams.

This point of yours is very true a d relatable aswell because most players are definitely not going to remain in their prime forever, just like others who are now retired, they were once in their prime and did showcased their star performance which at that time was very much appreciated but knowing when leave is very important so you don't have to be in the midst of an unnecessary competition amongst younger players.
