It would have been very disappointing should Real Madrid had lost this match to Sevilla. You can imagine, after Marcus Asensio equalised, in just few minutes, Sevillla went ahead to top the game once more following a penalty scored by Ivan Rakitic. Just when it felt like all hopes were lost, Toni Kroose did net a goal from outside the 18yard box with a deflected shot.  I'm sure a draw wasn't the kind of result they expected but, its what they've got and its much more better tan loosing. At least, they are ahead of Barcelona at the moment and just 2 points behind Atletico Madrid with weeks of play ahead of them. Its always never over at this point until its done.

Yes not yet over but they made it harder for them selfs because now their fate is not in their hand and they will have to wait for atletico results and plus they have more difficult games compared to atletico against villareal and atletic bilbao even granada are difficult to beat i think atletico are going to win this one.

It's true that La Liga isn't over yet, there are still 3 games left. Atletico, Real Madrid and Barcelona still have the same chance of winning La Liga
this season. But I agree that Atletico have a bigger chance than Barcelona and Real Madrid. because Atletico leads by 2 points from Barcelona
and Real Madrid. And of the remaining 3 matches that Atletico have to play, maybe only Sociedad is the most difficult to face. So if the next match
Atletico can beat Sociedad I am optimistic that Atletico Madrid can win the La Liga trophy this season.

I am neither a fan of Barcelona nor underestimate Atletico Madrid. I think the chance for both teams are 50/50 to win this match but I don't think the match will end with a draw.

I am neutral and my predictions go as a football fan, not a fan of any club.

Well, we see the match results of all the top five teams are a draw. So, no changes in the position in the La Liga standings now.
I don't know if it is the best results for all teams or the bad result of all teams, but this means they depend on the results of the remaining matches. If we consider the quality of the remaining opponents of each top five teams, I think Atletico Madrid has the biggest chance to win the La Liga trophy.

Draw results make the end of La Liga more interesting but you are correct that with the last round results, Atletico Madrid have biggest chance to win La Liga. They go through the big clash and also received lucky result from Real Madrid and Sevilla draw.

Now they will have to finish their rest matches with max points and they will take the trophy. They are not stable in the second half of season but I think Simeone can help his team to complete the task.

But of course other clubs can keep up their hope.

4 clubs in the top four compete against each other. The results all ended in a draw. It seems that the race for the championship title must be until the end of the match to find out. Actually I championed Madrid but all the teams in the top 4 still have the chance to have the trophy.

Ramos seems difficult to replace in Madrid's defense. Militao could not replace it, he instead made a handsball, resulting in a penalty. They also looked lucky to have fallen behind twice to equalize even though the last goal was a Diego Carlos own goal.

Considering the quality of games remaining, I’ll say Real Madrid have the toughest opponents left. Athletico de Madrid must have to win the remaining games at hand. Yesterday’s tie between Real Madrid and Sevilla was the "Decider" It was in all in their hands and then it wasn't. The game came with lots of penalty controversies, but now their chance to win the title still remain slender.

With three games left, it's now advantage Atletico. Each of the top three has three matches against lower placed teams, which they should win.
I think that if they all finish level on points, then Real take the title because of a superior head-to-head record... which would suggest that if Real win all their games, and Atletico W2D1, then Real finish top.

Yeah, it was quite surprising to me also. Until the last minute, it even looked like Real Madrid were going to lose the game 1-2. But they somehow managed to get at least one point. Now, they are ahead of Barcelona but Atletico still maintain their advantage like you said. Atletico's remaining games are not that hard actually except Real Sociedad game. But I believe they can beat them all.

Real have a huge advantage against Barcelona and Atletico Madrid both, yeah. As long as they win their remaining games from now on, they will win the championship even if Atletico do the same. But it's not easy for Real Madrid to win all of those games too.

I almost got my full wish,,, but Sevilla just gave the goal away in injury time. the only problem now is that we're still 3rd in the pecking order, If we all win our remaining games, then it's Atletico who wins. If they draw, then it's Real who wins. It's still a lot better than the worst that could have happened though so I'll take it right now. What a way to end the season!

Sevilla are nearly outsider but even Real Madrid and Barcelona will have to work as best as they can and need gift (dropped points) from Atletico Madrid. I saw seasons when La Liga have three clubs fighted for the trophy till the last games but this season is very weird. Four clubs are in the race.

They don't have the same opportunity and their last 3 matches are not difficult. Any of them can win all three matches and take 9 points maximum. Atletico Madrid take a spotlight and they control the competition. This season reminds me the 2013 - 2014 season when Atletico Madrid played very bad in last 3 matches with only 2 per 9 points. They fortunately won the trophy because Barcelona and Real Madrid played bad too.

real madrid has already lost the chance to be a champion, yesterday's game was the confirmation that for them everything is lost in this season, i am being realistic. Atletico has everything to be a champion, and if the Atletico is not able to be champion then barcelona will be champion and everything will depend on this next game of Atletico that If Atletico lost then barcelona will be champion. Real madrid has a great chance of the next games losing or drawing in any of them, I doubt that it will end with 3 victories

Actually this is very hard, sometimes even low-level opponents like to make it difficult for the game to win so it's still 30% madrid to win so even Barcelona they will continue to chase points with victories in the remaining season.
