It looks like Sevilla are in big trouble.    Elche found the goal very early with Enzo Roco and they are 1-0 ahead now. But I see in the statistics that Sevilla are playing insanely dominant. And they found many goal chances. They could find the equalizer at any time before the end of the first half. I still think that they will turn the game around and win this.

What an unlucky result for Sevilla today! They absolutely dominated the game against Elche today. Luckily, Elche scored first and tried to maintain the score. The English league is getting stronger and stronger while we have lost all our legends. Ronaldo, Messi and Ronaldo leaving the league has taken a lot of the super stars out of the league. Elche was able to draw their match against Sevilla, and definitely achieved a draw point. They scored the first goal 11 minutes in the first half, but Sevilla equalize the match towards the end of the first half. Sevilla however missed many chances of scoring, with 71% ball possession, and the match ended with 1-1 draw.
While Real Sociedad won their match against Levante, and probably got 3 points. They performance was great, but they also missed a lot of chances, which they could have scored more goals.

Real Madrid really rely too much on Benzema, therefore it is very dangerous if Benzema gets injured, hopefully that doesn't happen. Because I find it
hard to imagine Real Madrid playing without Benzema, that's one of the reasons why Real Madrid are obsessed with signing Mbappe. It's like
Madrid realized the importance of bringing in star players who have the same quality as Benzema. So just in case Benzema can't play, there are
other players who can replace his role. And it does exist in the figure of Mbappe, but Real Madrid have difficulty negotiating with PSG, until now there is
still no agreement between Real Madrid and PSG.

It was expected the game would be hard for both sides without Real Madrid's key players in field. In the end it was a very balanced game with similar ball possession between both teams (52% Betis - 48% Real Madrid) and I think Betis could have been the one to score instead of Real Madrid or they could have at least pushed the game for a tie if they were a little more focused or lucky, who knows.
However it was Real Madrid which showed a more accurate gameplay and deserved to win. Thanks to goal difference they are the leaders of the league.

It is a bad match from Sevilla because I thought they would have gotten three points from Elche. Dominate the match, have many chances but score only one goal and get only one point. They would have been able to finish it better.

Although I was quite disappointed with Real Madrid's game, but at least Real Madrid won the game, which is important. Benzema did not manage to score a goal,
but managed to provide an assist, proving that Benzema's contribution is quite large for Madrid so far.

Benzema is always great with his ability to connect his team mates and in the era of BBC (Benzema, Bale, Ronaldo), Benzema is a dot to connect Bale and Ronaldo. He is a good assistance for Ronaldo in many years. After the departure of Ronaldo, Benzema was given a striker position back as how he played in Lyon in his young ages.

He has never lost his passing ability and I agree that Real Madrid rely on Benzema both on his goals and assists. One more serious issue, Benzema is no longer young.

It's a small win but a secured 3point it was a well played game by Real maldrid,. A brilliant assist by Benzema and a professional finish by Carvajal in the 61' minute more goals would have gone in but we saw beautiful saves by both keepers

Benzema has his best personal seasons in Real Madrid after he became the main striker there. Although he can contribute a lot for Real Madrid, this dependence is not good for Real Madrid when they are competing for La Liga or Champions League.

In La Liga, they can not rely on Benzema in 38 matches.
In Champions League, big clubs in the Europe can neutralize the danger from Benzema and Real Madrid will face with problems.

Finding the target on only 3 of 13 shots is not good enough I believe. So, I agree with @jakdanyel. They barely managed to win this game. A score like 1-0 is not very satisfying and it is very risky also. Betis would have scored a goal also in the remaining minutes and this would cause Real Madrid to make do with one point. So, I believe that Real Madrid should improve their effort next time.

And yeah, being dependent on Benzema is a really bad thing for them. They should finalize the Mbappe deal as soon as possible.
