I think Atletico Madrid might lose their place in the Champions League next season especially if they can't win their next game against Real Madrid. Their chances of qualifying largely depend on the result of the match against Madrid as well as the next few matches. Of course that is the most difficult thing for them at the moment, but there is a possibility that Real Madrid will not be too focused on the league because they have won titles this season which Atletico can take advantage of.

Apart from that, Barcelona also have an important match to win today against Mallorca. The target of Barcelona's victory in this match is mandatory if you want to keep securing its position in the Champions League. If Mallorca lose then the possibility of them being relegated is also getting real.

I would like to start off by congratulating Real Madrid on their title. They have fought hard and deserved the title without any doubt. And now, Barcelona are having a home game against Mallorca in the league. It is halftime by Barcelona's 1-0 lead. Barcelona have been in control of this game until this point and I don't expect it to change in the second half either. In case they win this game, they are going to be two points ahead of Sevilla and five points ahead of Atletico. And I think this means that Atletico wouldn't be able to take the second spot from now on.
