Yes, This match is not that important for Real Madrid, even though they lost it didn't have any effect on them. Ancelotti seems to be more concerned with preparing for the Champions League Final and looks to keep some of his key players in this match. This victory is actually very important for Atletico Madrid because the addition of three points is very helpful for Los Rojiblancos to secure a ticket to the Champions League next season.

Real Madrid's regulars palyers still need minutes just to keep their form, so even if they don't play the full 90 minutes during a match, they still need to be played. In my opinion, if regular players miss enough matches, the more likely they are to get injured even though the portion of training they get remains the same as other players. But I think Real Madrid's next 2/3 match in the league seem very easy to win, and only Real Betis seem hard to predict.

After confirming a top-four finish in LaLiga this season with a 2-1 win over Real Betis last weekend, Barcelona will continue their campaign by hosting Celta Vigo at Camp Nou. The match against Celta Vigo has no effect for both teams, Barcelona has locked up the champions league ticket while Celta Vigo is already glued to the middle board and very far from the relegation zone.  

But for Barca finishing as runners-up is also a priority and of course this is very appropriate for those who have struggled from their slump at the start of the season. Valencia has not won 7 matches in a row and has lost 5 of the last 7 matches of Betis, but the coefficient for Valencia's victory is too good. At some point, Valencia must break a winless streak. I hope it happens today at home, against Betis. Moreover, Betis is not in the best shape right now either.

I personally wouldn't place any bets on this now and would just watch casually because it's still risky.

I expected Real Madrid to put in their best players and it their all against Atletico Madrid though because it is a derby match and the rivalry is strong but it seems to me their main focus now is winning UEFA Champions League since they have already La Liga already.

The reason is that it is used to maintain the stamina of players. Although there is a risk of injury, the action will make players become more mentally ready to compete.
Regarding the rest of Madrid's opponents in La Liga I agree with you, Madrid's opponents are not very strong. Predictably Madrid will excel. Anceloti will not think much about La Liga because their current status is champions. They will be more focused for the UCL Final against Liverpool.

However, winning this match is not very important for Barcelona. Because the second place on the table for them is almost certain. They will be second in the table till the end of the season if they perform somewhat stable. However, Barcelona now plays with the goal of winning every match. They have a strong squad enough now. And they are capable of defeating any team. I expect at least two goals from Barcelona today. However, since Barcelona's defense is weak. So the match is not less likely to be a draw.

I think this is just a refresher for the players so that there won't be a significant problem. Betis in the last few matches have not looked too good indeed, this match actually benefits Valencia because they play at home but between these two teams Betis is still superior in head to head. Anyway, Valencia is still relying on defense there, it's not easy for Betis against them, but I'm sure Betis will steal the victory in the match, even though the worst is a draw that's right.

Supporters and fans of Barcelona don't expect such types of game play from the team. They need to improve their performance gradually to win continuously. They are losing compare to low competitive teams. Xavi should focus more to the team to come back strongly.
