It's not true. If xavi was building the club without capital and then the club will not able to buy any players during last few years. I meant even when barcelona was facing a huge financial problem but it was still buying some players to follow another club. I cna't agree if you said xavi was building the club without any capital. You must consider the players who are in the club before it was being coached by xavi as assets owned by the club as well.
That's quite different when you build a club with no money.
