I think with Xavi's experience, this is not a big problem. Considering the depth of the Barcelona squad this season is very good. For example, Dempay's position is not a core striker, he is only a substitute for Lewandowski and his position can still be replaced by players who are no less great than him, such as Ansu Fati and Ferran Torres. Kounde and De Jong are one of the important pillars at the moment considering their performance is quite good in guarding the midfield and defense of Barcelona.
Actually for De Jong there is some news that he is not too bad but so far I still haven't seen how bad Kunde's injury is now but even so it is very unfortunate that something like this happened in the midst of a busy schedule with games that can be said to be big.

Barcelona's squad is very strong. And I would say there are no flaws in their squad right now. They are strong in defense, midfield and forward. Now they need strong bonds between players. Bayern Munich is currently in crisis and Barcelona should be stronger when they play each other. Barca have scored 18 goals in 6 games and only 1 was scored against them. The game on 13.09. was strange and the series of Barcelona not matched. The German national team has now lost against Hungary, which is also due to the current problems at Bayern Munich. If Barcelona played vs Bayern this weekend, Barca would win.

I think Xavi can handle his team without losing focus on other competitions. Laliga and Champions League are both important, so I don't think Xavi will keep his best squad on the bench against Mallorca just because the player is expected to do well against Inter in the Champions League. Their main players have to get minutes to play, they have to play even if they have to start from the bench. Xavi's main target is simply to win faster than Mallorca in the first half with a good goal difference, and that could see him attract some players to rest in the second half.
