Sevilla - Atletico Madrid is an attracting game next week.

Sevilla are in a really bad condition. But when it comes to this kind of big games we don't know what can happen. Sevilla have been quite dominant against them in the recent years. Atletico Madrid couldn't defeat them for four years in this stadium. And Sevilla won the last two head-to-head games here also. This doesn't mean that I will bet on Sevilla of course because it is very risky now. Atletico Madrid's performance against Real Madrid was really promising. If they keep this up in this game too then they might have a chance to break a leg. Both teams to score is my choice of bet for this one.

Atlético Madrid was the team that played more effectively in the Real Madrid match and made more attacks.  Sevilla is in really bad condition.  The team has entered a downward trend compared to previous years.  They are currently ranked 15th in the league and this is a ranking that surprises everyone.  Atletico Madrid will definitely turn the situation of this Sevilla in their favor and win the match.  It also seems from the style of play they are playing that they are aiming for the top ranks this year.  They have a very attacking and winning style.  If they can solve their problems in defense, they can move up to the top.

Atletico Madrid's problem is that they are using the same strategies for many years. While they were working smoothly there was no problem about that of course. But from now on, it looks like their usual game plan isn't working in many games anymore. Simeone tries some new things sometimes but they shouldn't make do with this. It is obvious that they need some changes. They should be patient and continue to try new things from now on. Otherwise it is likely to be a difficult season for them as they might not even be in top 4.

But on the other hand this will be an opportunity for Xavi Hernandez's men to show that they have a solid team even though they are not strengthened by his first team. Wouldn't it be great when they could score points with players on the bench? It would show that they are a strong team now. But that is if they can get points, but if it's the other way around then Xavi must prepare for the future to be more ready again.

With their current form I was also sure they can do much better against these teams at home in coming days but sadly now with the news of injuries which are facing by few top players like Kunde, De Jong and Araujo things could be changed, and they can face some problems because these all are important players and surely having good impact on teams positive performance with these injured players and having tough challenges are coming things can change in either way specially for Champions League matches as most chances they can

I do not know for how long Diego Simeone thinks his park the bus and hostile strategy will work, i don't like how they play their football, they are always on the defensive, waiting for counter attacks to score, and i don't know if he tells his players to be purposely rough and hostile to opposition players, they are always throwing wild challenges all about, and ready to start an altercation at the slightest provocation, they should know better now that the strategy is outdated, and anytime they meet a team that can put the ball on the ground and play football the way it should be, then the chances of Athletico Madrid losing is very high.
