Xavi is a  good Coach, but even if you compare those winning and loosing rates with that of Ronald Koeman, Barcelona legend, then you'll noticed Xavi Hernandez needs to find the right strategies to start Winning these features
Won't side him, he's had a low winning rate this season comparing to other managers who must have coach Barcelona in the Spanish League.

Hr need some better midfielder's, do away with some old players,  I know they have issues ( financial issues ) but they have no option but to bring in quality players.

For Barcelona building the squad is much more important which is why Laporta still backed Xavi after Barca CL's exit. It's not like Xavi is completely a new manager, he has managed Qatar side Al-Sadd and was having quite a success with them there. Yeah kinda agree with you there, that's why I also think Barca and Madrid will be likely one till the end. But I somehow feel Atletico might join in also in the end. They have a good squad so if Barca and Madrid were to drop some points, then Atletico might be able to catch up (not completely catch up to them, just maybe close bit of a gap). Real Madrid is obviously a great team and they are capable of making impossible things possible. But Barcelona is not capable of that right now.

I really want people to understand that this is not the Barcelona that this team used to be. This is the new Barcelona with which it is almost impossible to achieve anything. And I don't think that the players are actually motivated. It is really hard to stay motivated when you have to worry about whether or not Barcelona is going to actually pay you the full salary. I don't think Barcelona will be able to actually be consistent enough to win La Liga.
