I think that Kroos will be in Madrid for a couple of years. He is 32 now, but I think it is possible that he is going to play on a high level for a few years. He is similar to Modric I believe and he is rarely injured.

But in reality, they failed to sign Mbappe in the last transfer window, and they have no clear options for the targetted strikers if they can't sign Mbappe. In my estimation,  Tchouameni Camavinga and Valverde should be allowed to write their own history. Madrid shouldn't even talk about usine them as replacement for Casemiro Modric and Kroos. Another thing is that Madrid should switch from using a CDM to using a number 10, like with Mourinho, in my opinion. Also using a formation like the 4-2-3-1 where Vini is in the left mid or as a left forward, and Valverde in the right mid, Camavinga and Tchouameni in the box positions seems okay to me. One good thing about these young midfielders si their ability to press, win headers, shoot, run, and physically dominate.

Madrid certainly plan for the long term. They will definitely want a young player to replace Benzema, who can stay with the Madrid team for a long time. Also, Madrid now need a replacement for Luka Modric. He is old enough now. At the same time, I think they lack enough talented players in defense. He still has the energy and the skills.  As for Tony he already announced that he wants to retire, I don't know if Real Madrid will persuade him to continue for one more season. For Modric I think he is older and needs a replacement. He might not have that strong spirit to possess a tough midfield anymore.

While they do have young players with potential now in the squad, they must add players who already have enough experience to create a balance in the game. Young players alone will not be enough for them because now we have seen when they play without very experienced players in the squad, it affects their flow and performance. Karim Benzema has been absent more in every game this season where he has only played 7 times for Real Madrid and scored 5 goals and 1 assist. one thing that caused his performance to decline was none other than an injury that required him to undergo a recovery period. apart from that the age factor may be a crucial point for benzema this season because it can be seen from his performance on the field. i agree with your opinion that ancelotti should look for other stickers in the winter transfers window. maybe if benzema continues to decline in performance this season I think laliga's top scorer will go to lewandowski because he really found his good form with barcelona.

I don't think so with Benzema career will over until this season, actually was absent many games with Real Madrid due injured and take securing his position with national team participants on World Cup. Have many games left in La Liga and Champion League become opportunity for Benzema back scoring goals again. Last season Benzema not started with impressive performance at the beginning La Liga match, have impressive performance when Real Madrid playing at  Champion League knock out stage.

Left many goals top scorer than Lewandowski, I doubt with Benzema can get top scorer in this season after absent several match with Real Madrid, but I believe Benzema still on the top level for Real Madrid and have chance scoring many goals after returning from national team.

It is very important for Real Madrid to bring in professional that will replace their key players whenever an injury occur. If Real Madrid don't signing young talented players I feel they may have challenge in the performance in the future.

They should do, that position really needs to be occupied because I don't like the way Rodrigo was slipping out from that striker position during their match against Cadiz, he was later substituted by Ceballos and yet, I wasn't really satisfied as would have been if it was Benzema. To say that Benzema's absence from the squad had an effect on Vinicius, Cadiz gave him lots of pressure, man had to fight for himself and other players.

I think Benzema made it clear already that he is not leaving Real Madrid, his transfer out of that team is not a discussion for Madrid and I will be happy if they successfully sign Osimhen back to Spain, the guy is representing Seria A, just look at the gap points Napoli has given to other teams on their table but what I fear is that Napoli wouldn't sell that guy for a smaller amount of money, Real Madrid would have to break the bank to get him over to Laliga.
