 Is there something I'm not getting or is just me over thinking things about Madrid? I don't understand why Madrid would top the league and it got to a certain stage of this season they start losing form, making we football lovers look like they don't know how to play. They no longer have interest in the league but Champions league is like a league they love more than any other competition. Well, I can't say they'll win there next fixture but all I can say is that they're not going to win the champions league this season.
 El clasico is just going to be like every other game not like the way we used to know it. It won't be easy for them talking about [Madrid] because as it stands, is not there thing to make it look like a battle as of then. Barcelona are more than ready and they're getting all 3pts.

There will be 2 more meetings between these two teams, in La Liga and in the Copa Del Rey. In the Copa Del Rey in the first leg Real Madrid had to lose at home alone with a score of 0-1, and that made their task even more difficult in the second leg later. Apart from them having to chase 1 goal on aggregate they will also play at home to Barcelona. But if they can win in this match their chances of becoming champions are very big.

I think Barcelona will win both of those games, and even though el classico is always different in a sense, it will not be too shocking this year. I too was puzzled. At the beginning of La Liga they had everything to play for and it was Barcelona who stumbled. This, coupled with Barcelona's financial problems, presaged a league in which Madrid could sweep the board. But inexplicably they started to screw up until we reached the situation we are in now.

I don't think they have lost interest in La Liga because they prefer the Champions League. It's just that they have stumbled and lost confidence, whereas when they play in the Champions League their morale is high.

El clasico is just going to be like every other game not like the way we used to know it. It won't be easy for them talking about [Madrid] because as it stands, is not there thing to make it look like a battle as of then. Barcelona are more than ready and they're getting all 3pts.

With Barcelona playing at home and with the advantage they have, they are a priori favourites, and they have the opportunity to finish it off. A win against Madrid would start to make things very clear, and Barcelona would only depend on themselves, they would just not to screw up to win the league.

I totally agree, it will be very hard for real Madrid to get the UCL in my opinion because there is many clubs that can score many goals against them, we all seen how many city destroyed liepzig and Bayern preformence against psg in both matches, i think things for real Madrid this year will be more complicated

Yes, so far the performance of the madrid squad has been very dependent on Benzema, so many fans this season have not sided with the real madrid team as champions of the UCL League because with dependence on several individual players this will be a separate problem for the team, imagine if they are injured and unable to play then there are no reliable substitutes who are able to make a contribution like them for the madrid team and we have seen this when Benzema was not used when playing so that the Real Madrid team almost always had difficulty scoring goals against the opposing team's defense.

I think, the injuries Real Madrid players went through is still affecting the team performance and it may make the team not to achieve any title in this season, because their strengths has started reducing gradually by allowed some small team to draw match with them. Benzema that was helping the team to scored early goals in any competition last season, find it difficult these days to score a single goal that is making some of the fans panicking the way the team will end up this season. I don't think, Barcelona will miss this la Liga league competition title because the skills the players are displaying in every match made people to believed that they will win this title.

There are always even many people who doubt Real Madrid in the Champions League, but don't be surprised when they are able to answer the doubts pinned on them with the title, like last season for example. Watching Real Madrid play in La Liga they appear to be less serious but when it comes to the UCL, you see a different Real Madrid giving out their all to make sure they win in every game. Looking out them performance so far, Madrid, Manchester City, Napoli and Bayern Munich are the favorite teams to win this season but yes I agree with you Real Madrid are ahead of them all because they have a better experience than them.

Injuries can happen to everyone, it just distorts the competition when one team is affected really badly, like three or four key players being injured for a while and especially in the most important games. I hate those situations as I prefer to watch the big teams play against each other when everyone is healthy. That is the best we can get as an audience.
