I hope the same as you, Real Madrid still have a chance to win. But I also realistically Real Madrid currently have a tighter schedule. The points difference between Real and Barcelona is also a little far away. So maybe Anceloti struggled a bit, they certainly hope Barcelona lose a few games to get the points closer.
In League games, Barcelona have always been more dominant, after they returned with Xavi.
I think the great opportunity does belong to Barcelona. They are more concentrated on the Domestic League. So the players are not too tired with a fairly busy schedule.

I didn't expect that in the match against Valencia last night, Atletico managed to win with a landslide score of 3-0. Actually, I thought Atletico would win by a narrow score, but it looks like the Athletic players are in high confidence and made them play loose to score more goals against Valencia. While Valencia should have scored 1 goal, unfortunately this goal was annulled by VAR. Looking at the standings, the distance between Atletico and Madrid is quite small and if Madrid loses the El Clasico match later, then next week will be an opportunity for Atletico to again cut the gap in points from Madrid.

The victory that Atletico Madrid got at home against a weak team like Valencia is very natural and it is a moment that Atletico Madrid must take advantage of because they really want to be very comfortable in third place in the La Liga standings.
