I am not entirely sure if we are only looking at just a bear market, we are looking at a crashed market that is crumbled right now and even injured if you like to call it that. That is absurd, too much and strict regulation will limit ecosystem development, after all, in specifically what part of the cryptocurrency platform ecosystem do they need to regulate? entities that have centralized aspects surely will be subject to the applicable regulation. But do in mind, due to the true nature of cryptocurrencies, they can't simply touch cryptocurrencies. In fact, too much regulation intervention will harm instead of save it.

I don't know whether to call what we are experiencing a bear market, because in the long term what seems to be in a period of re-accumulation, I am saying this from my personal analysis, in the short term I think that it could occur or be called as a period bearish, it really is something that can vary a lot.

As unfortunate as the case is, I can't help but agree with you, regulations only help a very few persons make more money, and that is the people in the government, the regulators if I may put it that way.
Regulation don't protect the common man out there, the only time the effect of regulation seems to be noticed is when there's a major incident that affect several persons including them themselves-the regulators, like in the case of FTX collapse and the likes.
