This is how world of money works:

The offering price of MSFT stock was $21.00 per share at the IPO on March 13, 1986. If you had bought 1 share at the offering, you would now have 288 split-adjusted shares. So you would be worth 288 * 27.69 = $7,974.72

An interesting way to look at the increase in Microsoft, since it went public:
If you look at today's MSFT closing price of $27.69 down 6 cents; the March 1986 IPO price, accounting for 9 splits, would have cost you 9.7 cents. That would be almost what MSFT lost in value today. So 970 cents invested i.e. $9.70, would now be worth $2,769.00. Although quite a good record, the stock has lost value since its peak of about $60 in early 2000.

Someone who invested $10,000 in the company's IPO would own a stake worth roughly close to $3,000,000 today.

We will issue 'Kora tokens' to ~3,000 stakeholders on the NXT AE (similar to NEM) as an interim solution, so people will be able to spend & trade their 'Kora tokens' using the NXT ecosystem long before the Qora source is released.

Once the Qora source is released (whenever that is) 'Kora token' holders will send them back to the 'Kora token' issuer who will exchange them for Kora coins once the Kora network is up and Running.

kora really has some of you people rattled. do you have any specific reasons for not liking KORA, or is it simply because it is competition from another clone, like 95% of all other coins in existence.
