Finally, the day of the playoffs has arrived, I'm already tired of waiting for it. Today the Dota 2 celebration will continue, cheers

Yeah, finally the long rest is over. But I liked the long rest since I lost most of my bets and needed some break as well.

Very exciting games later as we start with the upper bracket. I'll be betting on Team Spirit and Liquid. Team Spirit is the only team that hasn't lost a map while Liquid only lost a single map during the group stage.

The season favorites Gaimin Gladiators and BetBoom are already in the lower bracket. So I am betting on them as well to survive their first series of games. Hopefully, I'm winning this time.

Of course, Team Spirit are monsters, they destroy everyone in their path. But this may ever end, although it is very unlikely that at TI12. Remember Tundra, and how nonce turned them around, although absolutely no one expected it. I am one of the few skeptics and I think that something similar can happen to them.

I definitely wouldn’t bet on Team Spirit because the odds for their victory are very small. Even if they continue to demolish everyone, we will gain very little. Ultimately, I prefer betting with large odds rather than small odds. Because a lot of things happen TI12 that we don’t expect at all.

A new treasure Crimson Witness 2023, has been released, but will only be available to TI12 visitors. An interesting decision, of course, it won't affect the TI12 prize pool due to the fact that the coverage of people is extremely small. I would like the treasury to be made available to everyone who has a battle pass much earlier.

I think that they'll make available to everyone soon.

9Pandas was fined for being late for makeup, and now they have lost 110 seconds of bonus time. I'll laugh if it doesn't affect their pick and they end up winning the game. I think they have drafts and are well prepared, so this won't cause them much damage.

IIRC, there was a team that has been penalized with this as well for their picking time. But I guess that this won't be a matter to them as they'll plan their picks and strategies. Like they have already a preplanned heroes and lineup against LGD gaming.

Yeah, it was like forever when we've waited for this to come and it's a three day action again but we have to wait again for another week once this playoffs is done and we're moving to the lower bracket round 3 on wards and for upper bracket semis on wards.

I would still pick LGD over 9Pandas even without this advantage. Out of the last 10 games of Team Spirit including those before TI, They have only lose a single map. Thats a total domination over the game shown by Team spirit, obviously this would be another 2-0 for them

Team Spirit is without a doubt the best team now based on this TI 12. I think to remove the confusion, Valve should just remove the '12' and just make it official the 2023 and also the upcoming one. Anyway, it's not that much to think of, and going back to Team Spirit, they're a better team than 9Pandas but I don't think that they'll ever face anymore in this tournament based on their bracketing.

I've already cast my bet on this one, I'll go for Talon and I just wanna go with the odds on this one and that's just for the match winner. Whether it's 2-1 or 2-0 as long as it's Talon, I'd win. 
But it won't hurt me if Talon falls against Team Liquid and they'll easily win against them. Anyway, we might see some surprising heroes, carries, and supports on this one. Anyway, talking about Topson, did you guys see that he's been practicing Magnus on the pub games? Maybe he's up to it and not a bad hero in mid, tank, strong laner and quick farmer too.

LoL Worlds  2023 draw  for swiss stage 3 was  made today and its an EU vs NA matchup in the  1-1 bracket to decide the team that will go 2-1 and just one BO3 awat from the playoffs

It’s expected since it’s a -1.5 handicap for a best of 3 match. I think the odds that you mention is for the ML pick. Bookmaker still playing safe despite TS is a heavy favorite favorite.

I am back again and this time I use a single bet for Team Spirit and still choose to bet on the kill but this time I choose the kill handicap -8.5 with odds @1.42
I believe that Team Spirit will be able to get over 20+ kills and Virtus.pro will probably get under 20.

There's some catch for the first match of Virtus.Pro and Team Spirit. Although the series hasn't ended yet but the first map was won by Virtus.Pro. Are they going to send Team Spirit in the lower bracket?

We're going to see that on the 2nd map if VP will still win or if Team Spirit will manage to make a redeem of themselves. 2nd map is on and they're now at the start of pickings while I am typing this.

Assuming that Team Spirit loses the 2nd game against Virtus.Pro, they'll be sent to the lower bracket and they will be against the winner of Tundra Esports or Entity. Those two are also good teams. The chances of Team Spirit and Gaimin Gladiators face each other are in the Lower bracket semifinals. But if they won at the upper bracket this supposedly becomes a 2-1 against Virtus. Pro, then the only chance that GG and Team Spirit to face each other is very low and that will only be at the grand finals. I just realized that all of the matches today are from the upper bracket and tomorrow will be ones from the lower bracket. And on the last day, it's gonna be the losers from the top bracket and winners from the lower bracket meet up.

Yeah I have followed the Worlds until now and we are in the time period of these games right now.    Gen.G played really strongly against T1. Chovy is just not making mistakes easily. Despite falling behind Faker in early game he made huge progress in mid-game. His starting behind was due to champ difference also of course as it was Akali vs Orianna. 

Now the G2 - WBG game is about to start. I see a Draven ban against Hans Sama which is a smart ban.    Because he is really dominating with Draven most of the time. I can give the DK game as an example for that also.

I'm not sure about G2 to win another BO1. WBG are really playing solid and I think they can win here.

I watched all the games today except the one between DK and KT. But I see now that all of my predictions came true today. I wish I placed a bet on these matches together on one betslip. I guess the total odds would be quite attracting and I would have made some good amount of money. 

I wanted to trust G2 once again when it comes to that game. I must admit that the game was really open to any kind of result. But that last fight was really mesmerizing. BrokenBlade literally carried that fight with a great gameplay. I believe he is really one of the best top laners right now. Hans Sama wasn't consistent during the game as he was late at using his ult in some fights. But he made up for it really good in the last fight.

I thought the upsets would be coming from Liquid vs Talon but VP really did me dirty there. They won the 1st map then they almost won the 2nd map as well which is pretty impressive especially against Team Spirit.

Kinda anticipated that shits are going to happen so I made another bet only on the CN region teams as I thought they were having the easier game compared to the other two



Overall money back on the 1st round but yeah it could have gone way better if only Team Spirit ended up winning 2-0 against VP

Team Spirit mistake was in the first map, Yatoro used Void and Larl used Viper, while VP used Bristleback and Specter, which was very unbalanced in terms of hero composition and what I knew when I was playing Dota 2, Bristleback was always the counter to Void and Viper and was supported by Specter who had higher damage and on the one hand, Team Spirit also took too long to farm, maybe they wanted to make a comeback in the late game but failed to do so because choosing Void for hard carry was very bad when the opponent used Bristleback.

Now they have to meet with Liquid, who are also in excellent shape. This will be a very strong confrontation worthy of a grand final.

I think GG can try to go very far in the losers bracket, but the cost of error there is too high, so they can be eliminated simply because of an unsuccessful pick, even if they play very cool. Although Team Spirit were able to show this at TI10 and go through the entire losers bracket from the very beginning. They did the impossible and showed that everything is possible.

Both were strong but Team Spirit is way stronger and have got more experience than VP. Money is on the line again guys and we've got almost 7 hours until the lower bracket matches will start. The first match will be Shopify Rebellion and TSM and whoever wins on this match will be up against nouns. So, this line of bracket consists of three teams from the same region NA. I think that Valve did these bracketing on a purpose or this is just a random placing. I don't know, I have no idea on how they do it but I just feels it like that's how they did it on a purpose. I could be wrong with that but that's what's on my head.

Today is the grand final of the IEM Sydney 2023 with FaZe facing up against Complexity. I was travelling the last few days and didn't have much time to watch most of the games, but it seems to have been a great tournament so far. It's nice to see Mouz reaching so deep again and making 3-4th place together with G2. The have been playing real well the last few weeks and for the next tournament I am going to give them more credit. FaZe had to play quite a few matches to reach the finals as the went through the lower brackets. After their initial loss in the first match they played well against all the other top teams and deserve to reach the finals. Complexity as well had to fight their way through  the lower bracket after losing to G2, which they later beat 2-0. Both teams deserve to play each other for the first place, but I think that FaZe has the upper hand in the best of 3 game today. With players like rain and karrigan they have a lot of experience in their roaster and it's nice to see such an old team who has played for several years together to be doing well again. I think that Faze is going to win 2-1 the tournament.

This NRG v MAD game really doesn't belong to the Worlds. I don't know what I'm watching right now.    It isn't much different than a solo q game honestly. I don't like the way NRG are playing especially. Palafox has been horrible during the whole game. He doesn't even know how to use some ults after stealing them with Sylas.

If Elyoya was able to play better than this MAD would have been way ahead of NRG in the game. But now they are just 5k gold behind instead. If I bet on this game I guess I would bet on MAD so let's see. It's really hard to trust an NA team.

Meanwhile , today doesn't look like hyped but BetBoom should keep us entertained with 2 games right ?  As I don't think Keyd Stars will even put pressure on BB.

Nouns have K1 Hector which is the most efficient carry on NA region when he is still on Beastcoast. I’m not surprised that this new team shows an incredible game here in TI since K1 is a monster too way back when he is on Beastcoast. I put him more stronger than RTZ if I rank carry on NA and SA region.

It was like a bonus round for the BetBoom. Eliminating Keyd Stars didn't get any hype on this match because it was mostly a one sided match.

As I don't think Keyd Stars will even put pressure on BB.

Their carry knows how to farm but the entire impact of his gameplay wasn't that much to change the result of the game. His Luna was a quicker farmer but yet, isn't the typical luna that we see from most winning teams.

On the other hand, Tundra Esports lost against Entity. It was a comeback, early game was in favor of Tundra Esports but Entity was just too good and I'm speechless on this one. Waiting for the 2nd game to come.

I’m looking forward on Tundra vs Entity because this will be a close fight. BB is more dominance than KeyD so the result might be one sided game.

You're right about Keyd Stars and BB and as for Entity and Tundra, I'm sure that we're feeling the same thing on how this game is amazing when Entity won against Tundra or you feel the opposite way?
