My picks for today's matches. Really looking forward to Cloud9 vs ENCE match, I think it'll be a banger. Expecting a straightforward win for the rest of the matches, G2 and Heroic.

2/2, nice win yesterday. Cloud9 didn't show up yesterday, couldn't even get two digits rounds in both maps against ENCE.

Moving on, both semis are guaranteed bangers. Both matches are a rematch of the Cologne group upper final, so I'll make my picks based on those results, i.e. ENCE and G2.

Getting decent odds for Xtreme Gaming there to win. Personally think they are way better than Azure Gaming if they can beat the favourites of CN region Team Aster so Im betting on that facts though. As for IG, Im being skeptical there but I just love to parlay these two and obviously taking single on Xtreme Gaming to win as well

Lost my bet yesterday on DOTA China qualifiers. Azure Ray was just too much for Invictus Gaming. They disposed of them in just 2 maps with both maps in just about 37 minutes.

Getting decent odds for Xtreme Gaming there to win. Personally think they are way better than Azure Gaming if they can beat the favourites of CN region Team Aster so Im betting on that facts though. As for IG, Im being skeptical there but I just love to parlay these two and obviously taking single on Xtreme Gaming to win as well

I did not think it that way when I was making my bets. I think you could be right on Xtreme Gaming. They had taken down the favorite Team Aster in 3 maps so they could be really strong to defeat Azure Ray. Anyway, I already placed my bet so here is to hope that Azure Ray will retain their form and will be able to win.

I think your -1.5 map bet on IG is a bit risky but no guts no rewards, right? Actually, I was contemplating on doing that bet as well but since I am putting it on a two-legged parlay, I opted to go on a safer bet.

EEU qualifier is about to start in 2 days as well. I looked on participants and I only recognized two teams on the list. It is Virtus Pro and Navi. I guess I will just be following and betting on two teams in this region.

Ikr they are good but Im still sticking with Vitality though as I think they are capable of stopping ENCE

If only we had made -1.5 on all ENCE's games then we would have gotten decent profit by now lol. ENCE odds of winning were high though so the -1.5 option would have been great

That was a pretty rough game yesterday for Heroic, they got completely destroyed on Overpass. On Nuke it was a nice game with two overtimes, but then they only managed to get 5 rounds on Overpass which was even their own pick.  After such a convincing win ENCE must be hyped for today and so far, they didn't lose one single map this tournament. A bet on ENCE @ 2 odds seems like a good bet, as to me it seems pretty much a coin flip or who is going to win today.  The payout for Vitality is lower with only @1.7 and they lost against ENCE in the IEM Cologne tournament, but I am still going to go with Vitality for the match today. ENCE might deserve the win, but so does flameZ, he played really well on Mirage yesterday and carried his team alone against G2. Such a young talented player also deserves to win a big tournament.

Yeah lol didn't expect that at all. It would be an absolute dominance if ENCE can win the whole tournament without dropping a map, though very unlikely given how Vitality is near prime too.

The payout for Vitality is lower with only @1.7 and they lost against ENCE in the IEM Cologne tournament, but I am still going to go with Vitality for the match today. ENCE might deserve the win, but so does flameZ, he played really well on Mirage yesterday and carried his team alone against G2. Such a young talented player also deserves to win a big tournament.

FlameZ, Zywoo, and Magisk are playing consistently well in this tournament so far, all three averaging above 1.2 ratings. If everyone can show up like yesterday it'll be another banger (hopefully). Well then, good luck everyone!

I did not think anybody would take the underdog against team Aster, but you did. Congratulations, you did well. I think most of us were expecting Aster to take the lower bracket easily, they were the heavy favorite after all. That bet was a big risk, but the reward is quite worth it. Congratulations for taking the risk and winning it.


I lost my bet earlier in the lower bracket as well. It is not a good day for the favorites today. Invictus Gaming also lost to the underdog, Team Zero.

I do not know this Team Zero but it seems that they are on a streak while sweeping their opponents. It is only one more step before they reach the finals if they can dispose of Xtreme Gaming tomorrow. Then it will be just Azure Ray blocking them from reaching TI. It will be a Cinderella story if this underdog will reach TI all the way from the lower bracket. I do not know if they will be able to do it though. For me, Xtreme and Azure Ray are quite a strong team in this qualifier.

Wildcard vs B8 and Dendi has another chance to make his presence on TI and I would be happy it his team will achieve this tonight. However, Wildcard is having a blast since Taiga joined with them and they are also favorites in this series which makes the game for B8 very hard to win.

Current series is Nouns vs Dogchamp and out of nowhere the courier bug is back again on a TI qualifier game...like come one Valve , fix Dota already.

No actually I didnt win that bet. It was a live bet after Team Bright won the 1st map so I thought it would be great if they can actually win the other map hence I took it. So one of the worst team in EEU region actually made it this far on the NA region huh, pretty weird that they get to compete in NA region without having a player that is actually comes from  that region

There are always some of these 'minor' bugs that appear out of nowhere whenever TI qualifiers is starting. I don't get why the devs don't put out a stable release a few days before the qualifiers start. I'm pretty sure they have eyes and ears to reddit and other social channels where players are voicing out their concerns on these annoying bugs that plague the game.

I'm curious as to what other bugs there may be in the coming days as the qualifiers progress..

I am currently watching Nouns and Dogchamp. The first map was really great to watch but I think that Dogchamp's carry needs to be better in decision making as he plays the carry of the team, not impressive TB he got there.

As much as I want to see Wildcard gaming and B8 to be playing in the finals, it's not going to happen. Later on, this match up is about to happen after Nouns and Dogchamp.

I think many wants to see Dendi's presence again in the TI as a player but it's quite hard to see based on their situation but who knows if they'll win later.

And we go head over next to the CN region and will also the last day and we shall see the TI12 qualifying team.

Oh, I thought your bet was series win for Team Bright. I think it was x3 at the time, I am not so sure. It was big if you just have bet on Bright to win.

I am not sure if there is any restriction on that. I guess the competition in that region is easier than in the EU. It is just like EG moving to South America. But at least with EG, they dropped all their EU players and acquired SA players.


Won my bet on the Lower Bracket Finals of China Qualifiers. Xtreme Gaming was able to force a 3rd map after a quick win on the second map. Team Zero had the early lead on the 3rd map but with a few team fights that went to Xtreme's favor, Xtreme was able to catch up the lead and eventually win the series. I was not able to watch the draft, but I am not sure why they put Naga on support. I think it was a bad draft that caused the chance for Team Zero to go to the Finals and have a shot at qualifying for TI.

Anyway, Xtreme Gaming won the series and will again face Azure Ray for the Finals and a slot for TI 2023. Based on their match yesterday, it will be another full series.

Yeah, ENCE dominated Vitality on that 1st map I thought they had it. Can't count anymore how many 2nd places they had recently, really need to work out how to close games in grand finals Congrats on the win!

Anyway, Xtreme Gaming won the series and will again face Azure Ray for the Finals and a slot for TI 2023. Based on their match yesterday, it will be another full series.

This series is done and congratulations to Azure Ray, we're going to see Somnus, FY, Chalice and their gang to the International 12. 

Watching the NA right now in the finals, nouns just took the first series and it's like a total massacre and one sided game against Dendi's gang, B8.

It is a best of 5 series and hopefully that they'll able to come back on the next games which is about to start within a few minutes.

Tomorrow Eternal Fire will take on Monte in the Pinnacle Cup tournament. If we look at the matches played between the 2 teams, we see that there are balanced matches. Although Eternal Fire seems more experienced in terms of roster, they struggle to reflect this in the game. I will expect Eternal Fire to defeat their opponent in the quarterfinal match. In addition to this tournament, if we look at the matches ahead of this tournament, they will fight with the 1Win team in the opening match of the Pari Dunav party tournament. I think they will focus on this match separately because I guess they are a little bit angry against the 1Win team that did not wait for the other match to end in the elimination match last time.

I guess there should be, as relatively stronger teams from a region they can't win will simply move HQ to another region that has an easier competition. If that happens then there'd be a lot of region hoppers, though of course, the expenses will not be pretty and I guess that's one angle that Valve is looking at. For now, they'll allow it, though you're right that once a team managed to win and go straight to TI just because of this, the community will make a huge fuss about it and you'll see a shit show in different social media channels.

B8 crumbled so hard in the next game even Dogchamp didn't lose that fast against Nouns when they fought in the upper bracket. I wasn't expecting a clean win from Nouns, but at least B8 made the third game interesting with their Chrono and Death Ward combo that almost worked.

The only rule I saw in their rulebook is this and I think it's good enough if it means we'll have more competitive teams in the majors and TI.

For a team to be eligible to compete in a region, 3 or more players MUST be physically located in the region in which they are competing.

EF leads 1-0 in the Eternal Fire- Monte match. EF chose the first map and won the map they chose 16-6. We can say that EF, who showed a good performance as a team, won the map comfortably. Mirage, the map chosen by Monte, is now being played. EF is not having any luck on the Mirage map. IGL majer cannot play the team when switching to T side and the team has not been able to overcome this problem for a long time. As much as CT side is good, T side is terrible and in the end EF is the one who loses the map. Currently EF is losing 14-11.
