Team Liquid is dominating too much this tour that I am inclined to believe they will not lose a map this tour. So I am betting this game to be under 2.5 maps. Gaming Gladiators are good but Team Liquid is almost perfect in drafting and executing their plays.

Thats a pretty safe option right there, I mean I would go for Liquid -1.5 on this game just to increase the odds but under 2.5 maps works as well in case GG somehow win 2 maps in a row. Pretty slim chance there because Liquid is so dominating this season with their new roster, they might even make it to TI this time through DPC points

Too bad for my parlay, Gaimin Gladiators were able to win the 2nd map thus losing my bet. I was not able to watch the first two maps but on the third map, Team Liquid totally dominated Gaimin Gladiators. Team Liquid is still at the top of the ranking in WEU.

Too bad for your bet with ITB, Team Secret suddenly found their grove and made perfect drafting and execution of their play. They dominated ITB in both maps. I think with this win, Team Secret still have a chance not to be relegated back to Div 2 if they win against Nigma on Friday.

Better luck next time for both of us.

It'll be impressive if they somehow win the series since this could easily secure them a spot for the major given the remaining series they have in the next few days.

I think they will qualify since top 4 will qualify for major. Their remaining games are against Tundra and ITB. I think they can win against ITB. Unless Entity will be able to beat Tundra, then GG is quite secured with their spot.

G2 got the result I expected and they did it by a really solid performance as well. Beating Natus Vincere by 2-0 isn't an easy task for most of the teams actually. But G2 are like their counter these days. There was a round in which m0nesy shot s1mple dead amazingly through the wall with AWP but I couldn't find a clip of it unfortunately.  

NiKo was absolutely amazing on both maps with 30+ kills on each. It was good to see the old NiKo back and kicking. s1mple had nearly all of the highlights on HLTV but still his high effort couldn't help his team win even one map.

I remember the scene you mentioned, while rushing the banana on the Navi B road on the inferno map, the m0nesy wall bag hits. Usually he can get hits from the wall like this. It uses AWm at a different level of speed. When you have a successful Rifle like Niko, success is inevitable. As I said above, the Navi and G2 match will be held again as the group match final. I expect G2 to win again.

Navi have between now and then to counter strat that match, maybe its all down to their coach to determine the next match result between them.     The only highlight I saw from that match is Niko getting killed three times in a row through smoke without being able to do anything about it.   Kudos to him and the team not losing it that point and struggling to a loss.

G2 are just extending their good performance from last year. Monesy is continuously improving and proving to be a good find for the team. With guidance from Niko, this young player will achieve a lot of things in CS. There maybe some missed plays here and there, but they are quick to correct their mistakes.

Navi has been subpar in performance since late last year.  But you cannot always put a good team down. This team will recover and expect good performance from them soon.

After beastcoast and EG won their series yesterday, they are now secured to play in Lima Major even if they will lose their next 2 series. But I am still interested to watch their upcoming series. It will be interesting if EG can beat beastcoast with the winner being the best in Latin America.

So far, Team Liquid and Team Aster are the other teams that are already qualified for the first major of the year in Lima, Peru. In 3 hours, Execration will face Fnatic the former powerhouse of SEA. A victory by Execration will secure them a lot in the major as well.

Taking some action on DPC WEU matches later tonight.

Of the 3 matches tonight, I think the games between Tundra and Entity will be the most exciting. OG vs Nigma and ITB vs GG will be boring since OG and GG are way too powerful against their matches. Nigma is performing very poorly this DPC tour and OG can easily beat them. ITB lacks experience to win against GG. Tundra will totally win against Entity but I think entity will still give a good fight.

It all comes down to their mid-round calls. Most of them are hitting shots consistently, it's just that their rotates as CT tends to be subpar against other teams that they are mostly getting caught during the rotates from one site to another. Another one is that their utility usage isn't that good when compared to other teams. They utilize smoke and flash fairly well, but the HE grenades they do not know what to do with it, and it's kinda saddening because other teams have already mastered the use of this little green ball and are converting the rounds with it.

While the first SEA team to qualify for Lima major is XCTN. What a turn twist that a former division 2 team was now a division 1 team and first ever to qualify in Lima major.

If Secret lose the next one against Nigma then they are officially going back to division 2 alongside with ITB.

On the other regions Shopify Rebellion, TSM, Team Spirit, and BetBoom also secured their slot for the Lima Major.

Same I skipped their series thinking my parlay was safe but there was also another upset that happened as Blacklist got swept by Team SMG.

Just lost my bet with Navi vs G2. I really think that they really need to work on their communication if they want to make it into better placements and be qualified into lots of tournaments. That round that they lost against G2 because of the bomb plant that was denied is easily avoidable if only someone guards hut but no, everyone was preoccupied on the fact that m0nesy is up heaven and they completely forgot about the other player alive possibly lurking on some other place. Electronic being the IGL is really bad, and boombl4's absence really hurt the team when it comes to strategy and communications. What a sad day for my $20

Both maps were quite comfortable for G2 side. Inferno was like a nightmare for Natus Vincere. NiKo put on a great show with 28 kills and there was a round he played a very big role in winning it. Nuke was also not too different. electroNic tried to do something and made a great effort by being the top fragger of the map. But they were still lacking in team performance.

I'm actually a big fan of Team Liquid and Team Secret but after losing several times to Team Secret I no longer bet a bit on Secret and rather choose Nigma as the winner.

I never expected GG to take a game against Tundra. What Tundra is doing is a very proven meta in the last TI, and you're right that it's extremely boring because it can easily snowball mid-late game. Well whatever, we're here to take the wins anyway, but GG is not going down without a fight. They can counter the zoo strat pretty well and they have proven that they have what it takes to beat the reigning TI champs in their own comfort heroes.

What I'm worried about this next game is that Tundra has a very limited hero pool. Don't get me wrong, their meta is extremely strong and works most of the tims, but their heroes can easily be countered just like what happened in game 1.

Yeah, March did really a great job to wherever he's going and he's contributing a lot to the team that he coaches. Whilst for the teams like Boom and Fnatic, they need to do better.

They're the two teams from division 1 SEA that will go back to division 2. As for checking the slots for Lima, here are slots remaining per region.

China --> 3 slots

Western Europe --> 2 slots

Eastern Europe --> 1 slot

SEA -- 2 slots

Liquid are in big trouble now. Unlike the expectations they are literally being destroyed by BIG now. Even around 75% of the people on HLTV were also waiting for Liquid to win. This is a big surprise for everyone.

Losing this match will send Liquid to the Spring Showdown for another chance. Right now BIG are very close to sealing the deal on Anubis as they are ahead by 15-8. The first map was Nuke and it was a huge disaster for Liquid as well. It wasn't a map they were successful on though. But still they were a stronger team than BIG on paper. YEKINDAR was a huge disappointment by only 8 frags. He needs to play extra for this team to be successful.

My entire parlay collapsed with Tundra collapsing against Gaimin Gladiator. I did not expect that GG will easily beat Tundra. They dominated Tundra in both maps with Quinn giving his team a perfect game. He is everywhere on the map in both games as Puck in map 1 and Lesh on map 2.

GG winning this series secured their slot to Lima major. If Entity wins against Nigma, it will be a 3-way tie with OG and Tundra for the 3rd and 4th slot for Major.
