I personally like IEO rather than ICO. For now the trend on cryptocurrency is IEO. It way better for investor and bounty hunter. But, the succesful of the project it self it depends on strong fundamental. I think because of many scam project, ICO is untrustworthy.

Right now the trend is IEO, earlier everyone was behind the ICO market and there are many who made a quick buck and there are many who burned their investment and we will hear in the future that everyone complaining about how the IEO craze burned them. As an investor you need to be smart even though it is carried out by a popular exchange but you have to remember is these popularity changes with time.

Actually, the ICO's are not totally dead or disappearing it was just slowing the process in the last 2 years because of many different reasons like fraud's and scams also the longest bearish market situation that forcing many investors to hold temporarily all of its crypto investing sorties, ICO's and IEO's can co-exist but it needs to be more transparent especially in terms of audit and security of funds.   

That is the fact. ICO is used by fraudsters to make fake fundraising. So that the popularity of ICO decreases with the loss of investor confidence. Although there are other strategies such as token sales that are supported by top exchange, still provide a big risk factor. That is why until now IEO has become the best and safe choice for investors. Not that the ICO is dead, just that it requires great strength and support, such as a strong project, a large community, etc. to support the project's success.

I am no longer interested in ICO because some time ago ICO only scamed investors who had an influence on the good name of cryptocurrency, when they became victims of cryptocurrency it would make them disappointed and make the name of the cryptocurrency platform created by ICO be not good again.

Hell yeah but what you are saying is a wrong statement as there are so many new icos can reach the hardcap and the era of ico is not yet ended. Just because there was the latest generation of ico called IEO and it doesn't mean ico will die. If you wanna get an evidence and I can even provide a bunch of latest successful ico.

ICO is no longer the same as it used to be and it will certainly be difficult to attract new participants because the ICO is now just rubbish and will certainly only disappoint you further. I think IEO is now becoming a new investment trend this year and IEO projects are generally more trusted. Of course there will be more risks and it is best to stay away from bad exchanges because many of the IEO projects here fail.

You're right. I think IEO is safer than ICO. Almost all of the projects listed for IEO on large trusted exchanges are succeeding. However, due to the activities of some rogue exchanges, the IEO of the scam project has not stopped yet, but it has declined a lot. Hopefully in the future IEO will gain more credibility.

The question is what do they do with the money.? ICO ain't coming back that's for sure. Most project not performing well , money raised ain't used the right way. So anyone following events since 2017 will know there is huge gap for IEO to return.

the potential of ICO today is very small indeed, and even more, people trust IEO. in fact, for IEO, there are still quite a lot of people care and keep doing research on it. other than that, people's responses to ICO are quite bad, some even say that it is a scammer's nest.

Guys, do you think that ICOs could make a come back? I do and here is why. Every year dozens of companies raise money in Silicon Valley for startups, many pre revenue. Also, with the economy injured from nCov19, it would make sense to allow for new economies. This would include letting new startups in Blockchain raise money, and imo if they are well vetted, and trusted by the community, they should be allowed to raise money. What do you think?

I don't think it will comeback, Many investor trusted IEO more than ICO. Many investor had been scam by ICO ever since, and i think IEO is the best solution for it, IEO is much safer , they offer greater security for user and improved transparency, more than ICO who just make there promises.

There's no return to ICO, not anymore. It doesn't mean we will not see any project that chose ICO for their way to fund their project, there can be some lonely cases, but it will never be like it was before. IEO's are popular, for now, in my opinion in some time that will change too, exchanges will introduce some new ways for funding new projects, it will be interesting to see further evolving of new crypto projects.

There is no chance return ICOs come back again Because investors have now distanced themselves from investing in ICOs. So now with the crowd of crypto market competitors so if you want to manage a project properly got larger investors then IEOs have to best way.

ICO was the real deal back in those days but now don't bother praying for such again, ICO did lots of damages through scammers though which makes many investors lose tons of huge money, investors don't even want ICO anymore, IEO is enough and satisfyingly good

Basically ICO ended after 2018 and still now ICO is valueless. Now maximum team start their IEO in Kucoin, Probit, IDAX, Vindax, P2pb2b exchange. IEO is the recent trend that a team easily implement to collect fund. Some good project are intend to Launch Binance launchpad. It is more success than IEO  of other exchange so far.

Yes, as a percentage of the success of the ICO at this time is very thin, this is certainly due to the many people who no longer trust the ICO program made by anyone, because ICO has been claimed no longer sold by many people in crypto.

maybe it will be a new start for the economy, but it must have a new way, I mean ico is not as attractive as it used to be and has been replaced by ieo, then ieo is now normal.

Well, that is your opinion but I think many will not concur with you when they look back and reflect on all that ICO caused, even till today some projects are yet to list when asked you will be replied with, they are working on their project but yet there is nothing to show for it; now tell me with this type of experience among others do you think majority of people will ever want to have anything to do with ICO? However, I don't know about others but as for me, ICO is gone and even if it comes back, I won't bother myself with it.
