The return of ICOs

Guys, do you think that ICOs could make a come back? I do and here is why. Every year dozens of companies raise money in Silicon Valley for startups, many pre revenue. Also, with the economy injured from nCov19, it would make sense to allow for new economies. This would include letting new startups in Blockchain raise money, and imo if they are well vetted, and trusted by the community, they should be allowed to raise money. What do you think?

I think back in the day or 2017 ICO is really trendy especially here for some bounty hunters since a lot of users earn a big amount of reward even in the past year 2017 there are already a lot of scam ICO's but a higher percentage of ICO's is going to give you a reward even if its small but the important thing is it is not a scam. I guess as to the scam ICO raises even and this year I think ICO is not going to make a comeback as there are already a lot of tokens or altcoins in the market leaving a lot of it as dead tokens.

today many people are disappointed with ICO because it causes too much fraud in 2017-2018, for now, many investors are more supportive of IEO, where they are already bound to several exchange contracts.

but don't they think the rise of crypto 2017-2018 is also a result of the many adoptions that have occurred because of the successful ICO project? now IEO cannot absorb investment as big as it has ever been in ICO. we all I think are aware of it all.

IEO is still popular, but it's not for everyone. Because the hardcap for IEO is very low, it's not like an ICO. Only those who are lucky and have enough money can participate in the IEO at the leading exchange in this market

I still see new projects asking absurd money to buy their coins created almost for free, for that there are still a lot of scam projects, easy money make lot scam people around! Look at bitcoin and many other project , no ico  no ieo collected, but today are best project.

You're right. It is not right to say that ICO gone forever. Actually, there is a lot of ICO projects are about to be released. However, you're right that ICO projects nowadays can't compete to IEO projects. The reason is that IEO method is safer than ICO method. Moreover, many people got scammed by ICO in the past and they no longer believe in ICO. Personally, I think ICO can't survive in this market anymore.

On the other hand, think that the ico can be very successful, as long as the costs of the initial coins are contained, it does not make sense to pay a 50 cent coin with a supply of 500 million when everyone knows that the initial costs for the project are far lower. The value of the coins should increase with the results not with the whitepaper, many ico have not been successful as the team took many millions before demonstrating the real value of the project. Giving value to IEOs could be dangerous, it would become a mafia. List only recommended projects.Do not forget that there are projects that have never asked for money or ICO or IEO, today they are successful projects ... therefore the ico should be made but careful when they ask you too much money for a tokens created for free.

Are ICOs still a thing in 2020? I don't know why you think the ICO game can still be played. Even though new ICOs demand for even less funds, It'll be hard to get people to invest. Gone are the days when people fomo into token sales. I doubt we'll have such a time again with ICOs.

Also, If you take a quick look at the market, world economies etc, the overall sentiment isn't great. Even IEOs that are held on trusted exchanges find it difficult to sell out as they used to. If would be another boom in token sales, It definitely won't be with ICOs.

if they find out that IEO is better than ICO, why do they need to choose ICO? doesn't that just make them work without a good strategy? if a project developer wants to make his project really successful, they must really consider this problem, because choosing ICO will only make the interests of some investors disappear.

If you choose to invest in ICO, you will face even more risks because you do not know when that coin will be listed at major exchanges. Not only in IEO, I think manipulation is happening more during the times of the popularity of IEO as there are projects that can raise $100 million or more but it does not even give the investors a good sign that the project is progressing or eventually they will just disappear.

There are projects that with 50 thousand dollars have become successful projects listed in international finance, if you give 10 million dollars for an ico or an ieo to people who until yesterday lived with 1000 dollars  it is normal  no one of the dev are interest in the project develop , they already got money for it, bye bye! Give the power to an exchange to decide what is the best project to list is another big mistake, it will become Mafia exchange , the biggest exchange their already have control of all market manipulation if you let them decide what is the best project for you it is just crazy ..... I don't think if they return with ICO they will get high enthusiasm from investors. IEO is currently the first choice and investment in old projects is more promising and not deceptive. I think the new project with ICO is not a good choice.

This is pure speculation, few make a lot of money and many lose a lot of money this is the sad reality of today's projects, they all want to get rich and immediately.
